You’re not being too harsh. The media is totally and completely in the service of the leftists. It exists for the explicit purpose of destroying capitalism and replacing it with socialism/communism.

“Maybe I am being too harsh, but they just can not report good economic news during a Republican administration without putting their biased “buts” in.”

Yep.

Its how they avoid admitting economic conditions are better today then they were at any point in the previous decade.

Sorry Laz...I have to admit...I stole that one gold bar, because I have 5 kids that need a new playstation, and the SSI check is late again, and rent is due, and the new Chucky Cheese restaurant is behind schedule for completion because the illegal aliens that were building it were rounded up by the government and deported...

take a breath...

And...and...and...

Laz, you made my day with your post again...

Thanks...

Wall Street's latest accomplishment

Were it a democratic party administration, it wouldn't be touted as Wall Street's accomplishment. Further, the story would be peppered with quotes of administration officials bragging about how their policies caused it to happen.

25 lb of gold is worth about $205,620. Hardly enough to retire on for 250 years, Laz. Don’t quit your day job.

It is for sure the AP is not going to be able to put this genie back in the bottle.

But then - “Who are you gonna believe, me, or your lying eyes!”

oh it was way more nefarious during Clinton and Goldman Sacs and one Jon Corzine. CNBC would lie and inflate then excuse and explain the dot.com crap .
That is another reason the money honey Maria Bartoromo(sp)
can go to hell.

Lastly, what was Clinton’s approval ratings his whole presidency ?...............

If a Democrat were in the White House, the MSM would report a stock market crash as a buying opportunity for the poor.

The Dow Average is not the best market measure. It is not weighted for market capitalization and it has only 30 stocks. And those 30 stocks are manipulated by constantly changing them. It was not that long ago the Dow had Bethlehem Steel and Woolworth as components. There are now NO steel companies in the Dow and maybe there shouldn’t be, but what a 13k Dow means is hard to say. S&P 500 has 500 companies and they are changed not so much for manipulation purposes but to reflect which the companies which are most valuable as measured by market cap. When the S&P hits an historic high, then market professionals will be impressed.

The extent to which the Associated Press — by which I mean virtually every single person who works there in a news-gathering, reporting, or editorial position — serves as a willfully dishonest propaganda organ for the liberal agenda is becoming one of the biggest dangers we face as a nation.

With very few exceptions, every newspaper in the country relies on the AP for its national and international coverage. Which means that the vast majority of Americans are dependent on these partisan liars for almost everything they know about national and international events.

How can a self-governing people make sensible decisions when the major source of 'news' in the country is composed of one-sided political partisans who don't just slant the news, but who regularly stoop to lying and outright fabrication in pursuit of their propaganda objectives?
