Every school decision that puts race ahead of the God-given right of freedom is an evil. This Court is finally able to correct the freedom-destroying cases that have been won in the name of some aspect that furthers communism.

EXACTLY!!

It’s the same on every truly activist Judiciapl ruling, especially when they decide cases on the “harm” done to one person who was offended.

Article VII.
Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity and happiness of the people; and not for the profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men: Therefore the people alone have an incontestable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to institute government; and to reform, alter, or totally change the same, when their protection, safety, prosperity and happiness require it.

Court Decides Reparations Suit Against Democrats By Frances Rice

The U.S. District Court in Seattle, Washington issued a historic ruling in the landmark Reparations lawsuit (Case No. CV04-2442) filed against the Democratic Party by Rev. Wayne Perryman, author of the book entitled Unfounded Loyalty: An In-depth look into the Love Affair Between Blacks and Democrats.

Reacting to the court’s decision, Rev. Perryman, who will be the keynote speaker at the June 11, 2005 Empowerment Award Luncheon sponsored by the SaraMana Black Republican Club at the Sarasota Hyatt at 11:30 AM, thanked his supporters and said: “This case will become a permanent part of the United States Federal Judicial archives for years to come.”

Rev. Perryman said that he filed the 180-page Reparations lawsuit for two primary reasons: (1) To obtain redress for the crimes committed against African Americans by the Democratic Party and (2) To officially file a formal case against the Democratic Party as a permanent historic record.

"Felt so damn great turning that old clock back, let’s do it on some more bad liberal things.... Keep on turning it back!!!" I disagree, the clock isn't being "turned back" the Democratic Race Pimps are being dragged into the future kicking and screaming. Brown v board was 50 years agon and in the words of Chief Justice Roberts "The way to end racial discrimination is to stop racially discriminating" Mr. Roberts seems to have a fair amount of common sense.

Excellent. I went to school during forced busing times, and I remember my school district simply didn’t have buses so everyone had to walk. I walked four miles a day - two there, two back. But no one complained because we lived right next to a city line where there was a crime ridden minority area on the other side.

The libs in the city started to build a big school right on the line to the suburb. After it was determined they couldn’t force us over to be bussed into the area, suddenly they stopped building it for some strange reason...

I say let the Demos rage. Anybody who remembers the panic of being told their young child was going to be bussed into the inner city to go to school in such an area, well, it’s not going to get the dems any votes other than the ones they’ve already got.

What a day! The death of the immigration bill, the smack down on the unFairness Doctrine and this! Woohoo!

Roger that! Great way to start our Independence Day celebrations!

Democrats need to shamelessly pander to their base, and this was an ideal opportunity for them to trip all over each other. Blacks will once again be taken for granted in the general election and forgotten until the next Democrat primary season, of course.

As great a day as this is, think how devastated the DUers must be today. They are so depressive and unhappy to begin with, some of them must be on suicide watch right now. Does anyone want to take my bet that there is at least one meltdown screaming about the “Evil Bush” over there right now?

A good nighr for BDS.

Personally, I hope many other precedents are smashed by this honorable court. Precedent does not necessarily equal good law.

Yep.. it was a GREAT DAY for sensibility..

Why, oh why.. does a kindergarten kid have to be bussed 10 miles to go to school when there are TWO schools available within ONE mile of home?? One of which, DID have openings in it’s racial mix...

It was an absurd thing.... and, I lOVE that it was overturned. A GREAT GREAT day for “the people”.

Martin Luther King, Jr., the catalyst of the very Civil Rights Movement to which all of the dem candidates refer, said, famously: “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”
I guess he never said that his four little children will not be bused by the color of their skin...

The Dem debates are always good for laughs.

After solemnly denouncing Bush’s warmongering ways, they couldn’t trip over themselves fast enough to demand war against Sudan over Darfur!

Under Democrat principles, military force may only be applied in situations where the US national interest is minimal.

It’s always great to see common sense prevail. Also, for me, it was great o see the entire country rise up and b*tch slap he DC elitists and sellouts. We need to do this a lot more often. Warms the cockles.
