Sheehan announced in late May that she was leaving the anti-war movement. She said that she felt her efforts had been in vain and that she had endured smear tactics and hatred from the left, as well as the right. She said she wanted to change course.Laughing my a** off run cindy run and see just how nasty your own people will be.
What a putz

Someone needs to Baker Act this deranged woman before she harms herself or someone else. Not only is she unfit to serve the people, she is unfit to be a part of the human species.

Democrats and Americans feel betrayed by the Democratic leadership," Sheehan told The Associated Press. It's not often they admit that Democrats are not Americans.

Messages left with Pelosi's staff were not immediately returned....as they were too busy laughing.

I think Cindy is just looking for some type of political payoff from Pelosi (or moveon.org) to go away and scream at someone else. She’s learned how to play the game pretty well.

The dignity that eventually comes from withdrawing oneself from the public eye can’t be high on Cindy’s wish list. What next? American Idol? Filling Rosie O’Donnell’s spot on “The View?” Better yet, how about starring in an off-Broadway production of “A Streetcar Named Desire” as fallen Southern belle Blanche Dubois? She could utter the famous line “I have always depended on the kindness of strangers” and they could usher her offstage to the nice room with rubber walls where you can’t hurt yourself, even if you want to. This is one sad story, and evidently there’s no one in the extended Sheehan family willing to step in and coordinate an intervention.

Cindy Sheehan, the soldier's mother who galvanized the anti-war movement, said Sunday that
she plans to run against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi unless she introduces articles of impeachment against President Bush in the next two weeks. Oh Jesus, more lies. This sounds like about 50 inmates of Hollywood who were going to move to Canada and France if W was elected.
Why are they still here?
"Democrats and Americans feel betrayed by the Democratic leadership,"
You got that half right, Cindy baby.

I’m a lifelong San Francisco resident, and Pelosi is “my” congressperson. (Yeah, I know. Ewwww.) If this Sheehan challenge actually happens, it will mark the first time in her history as an elected official she will really have to do actual campaigning vs. just raising cash. It was her acumen in raising millions for Democrats that got her handed a no-risk district the Demos have held since before I was born.
