INTERPOL is seeking the help of the public to try to identify this man, photographed sexually abusing children in a series of images posted on the Internet.
The photos shown here are from a series of around 200 pictures involving 12 different young boys, believed to have been taken in Vietnam and Cambodia in 2002 or 2003.
These pictures have been produced by specialists from Germany’s federal police force, the Bundeskriminalamt, working from originals found on the Internet, which had been digitally altered to disguise the man’s face.
Extensive police efforts worldwide to identify the man have so far failed and Interpol is now enlisting the support of the media and the public to help identify him as a priority.
Anyone with information on his identity or whereabouts should contact their local police or INTERPOL’s Trafficking in Human Beings Unit via email.

LYON, France – INTERPOL is making a public worldwide request for assistance in identifying a man photographed sexually abusing children in a series of images posted on the Internet, the first time the organization has made such an appeal.
Although the original photographs had been digitally altered by him or his accomplices to disguise his face, specialists from the Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) in Germany working with INTERPOL’s Trafficking in Human Beings unit have been able to produce an identifiable picture.
Despite extensive global efforts to identify and locate this individual through INTERPOL’s network of 186 National Central Bureaus and specialist units, the man’s identity and nationality still remain unknown.
'For years images of this man sexually abusing children have been circulating on the Internet. We have tried all other means to identify and to bring him to justice, but we are now convinced that without the public’s help this sexual predator could continue to rape and sexually abuse young children whose ages appear to range from six to early teens,' said INTERPOL Secretary General Ronald K. Noble.
'We have very good reason to believe that he travels the world in order to sexually abuse and exploit vulnerable children and as an 186-member country police organization, INTERPOL is uniquely positioned to co-ordinate this global effort to identify and bring him to justice,' added Mr Noble.
The search for the individual has been codenamed Vico after analysis of the photographs, around 200 in total featuring 12 different young boys, established that the pictures were taken in Vietnam and Cambodia.
'The decision to make public this man’s picture was not one which was taken lightly, but after thoughtful consideration and with the full agreement of experts from INTERPOL’s member countries dedicated to fighting this appalling criminal activity,' said Kristin Kvigne, Assistant Director of INTERPOL’s Trafficking in Human Beings Unit.
'We are certainly not encouraging members of the public to take any direct action themselves, particularly since any positive identification would need to be confirmed law enforcement authorities but if anyone recognizes this person, or has any information that could help investigators, please contact the police or INTERPOL National Central Bureau in your country.'

This man’s photo needs to be spread all over the internet - someone will recognize him.
I think people that do this stuff should be put to death.

Abusing young males is not much news to the homosexuals at that classy boy man love association that has membership here in the USA. It may be what they do on field trips.

I know some gay men and almost every one of them likes to have a young male (usually just barely legal age) at their side all the time. It is like a “status symbol” to them. I have seen their reactions when they see a good-looking young man & they literally slobber all over themselves. It is sickening.
Don’t anyone try to tell me they aren’t out there “recruiting”. There is a concerted effort out there to do this, which completely disproves their claims that “they were born this way”.
It takes me several pedophile, sado-homocide, infanticide threads to reach that state.
They might do better to focus on what’s in the background in those photos. Someone might recognize the environs.
I hope they catch him. I hate these freaks that prey upon children.
If there’s any truth to facial shape and behavior, this guy has it all. Weak to no chin and wide set eyes and all round creepy looking. For some reason I’m thinking French decent but who knows. Surely there’s more than what INTERPOL is releasing. The guy must have money to be able to travel and partake in such activities. He must also have a passport and visas to enter various countries. Of course he might use more than one identity and again that means $$$. He’s also flaunting his activites and perhaps wants to get caught if he’s all over the internet. One would think that INTERPOL could trace the pictures back to some address and get passenger lists.

Yes, there's that wall hanging in 1,2, and 5 that should be distinctive. The white curtains in 4 look like typical US and other hotel window treatments.
I'm also wondering when the known picture of him was published. If it's been a while, then he might be dead and that's why they can't find him. One can hope.
