Tokyo Rose was a young Japanese-American girl who got trapped in Japan while visiting relatives when the war broke out. For months, she resisted accepting her role as a broadcast propogandist. It was only when her parents were put in internment camps in the U.S. that she finally broke. Even then, at least one veteran's group actually feels she subtly aided the war effort and gave her an award.
Hillary has never been trapped anywhere or forced to choose between loyalty to her family and her country. Her only loyalty is to her own power and State Church orthodoxy. She isn't fit to be a douche bag for Tokyo Rose.

I too, was a lefty once, and I can attest to the fact that America hating is a requirement for entry into the leftist cabal. You must first renounce capitalism, then the rest of what America stands for becomes fair game.
What's interesting to me is that today's leftists have no fear about revealing their true feelings, they have no compunction about un-cloaking their true agenda for America either. This phenomenon represents a sea-change, as when I was a member of the club, we all felt that we needed to obscure, at all costs, what we truly believed.
The candidacy of Bill Clinton was the culmination of what we had dreamt of for years, the placing of one of our own in the White House. As history will show, the implantation of a leftist in the office of the Presidency was a ruse, the American people were duped into believing the Clintons were something they definitely were not. Because THEY knew who the Clintons really were, they assume we did too.
In the present day, no one on the left seems to be concerned about revealing who they really are, I find this disconcerting but encouraging at the same time. As Card points out, they think they are so smart that they can get away with it, and it is my view, and apparently that of Card's, that they have over-estimated themselves.

Agreed. Ender’s Game, Ender’s Shadow, and Wyrms are his three best, I think. I’ve read all the rest, and most are good, but his series have a tendency to start strong and then weaken—although still better than the work of run-of-the-mill SF writers.
Oh, and I should have included Seventh Son among the best.
