Remember that stuff about guessing? Well, when guessing makes its way into assertions without solid substantiation, it ain’t science.

When it comes from the Discovery Institute it is much more likely to be religion than science.
Let’s just say that maybe a few came over by boat. (no evidence, but possible) while many over many years walked over. (lots of evidence)

Let me expound on that if you don’t mind : IF the universe began with the Big Bang 13.7 billion years ago, and IF intelligent life began to occur on planets some 3 billion years after that(10.7 x 10^9 yrs BP), then that space faring life was around for 6 billion years before the sun/earth/solar system was even formed from the mother molecular birth cloud 4.5 B yrs ago.
Thus there could be a cosmic PETA group out there long familiar with xerox machines, in vitro fertilization...all the things INA’s scientific children are discovering right now. Thus they look with kindness/love upon us A’s(apes with guns is how they refer to us).
Thus it was that Jesus was an in vitro fertilization in the host mother Mary, sent as their missionary. His body was cat-scanned/copied as a digital(or photonic)record in the transfiguration on the mount, for the coming resurrection. The 3 disciples didn’t have a clue as to what was going on, but Jesus did, that’s why he told them not to say anything(the bad aliens might be listening).
The feeding of the 5000 on the mount : researchers at Cornell Univ are working on a 3D “fabber” right now. To wit, the xerox concept(copying machine)is far older than the earth itself(and movies, and TV, and....) : just put the fish/loaf of bread on the 3D “glass” and out comes 5000 copies in the tray. Yes, vials of elements/molecules, even proteins as the “toner” but you see how simple it all is. Or as Arthur Clarke’s 3rd law says : a sufficiently advanced technology will seem like MAGIC to a less advanced technology.
And so Jesus went up into the cloud(anti-gravity and waiting UFO)as our ambassador. Ambassador to WHO? These advanced intelligent societies that mostly think of us as “apes with guns”, mere pisants intellectually. And so it will be, as explained by Peter/John, that the human race will be exterminated, but a few will be saved out of it, to go on and populate that advanced QM world that these intelligent aliens have long lived(lifetimes of 10,000 yrs or so and no physical problems whatsoever). Maybe you can think of it as a cosmic “speed bump” on the way to the future, for some of INA’s children...
It seems to me that I have read of evidence from one of the Polynesian islands of some genetic material that seems to have come from South America...as if the Polynesians got there and brought some people back with them.
