Why didn’t the other candidates stick up for Hunter and ask that he be included? It would have been the honourable thing to do, so you have to wonder what their interest in seeing Hunter shut out is, other than competition. Can’t any of them match up to a real true conservative and leader?

With DUNCAN HUNTER--as of tonight--in current THIRD PLACE for the 2008 GOP Nomination in Total Committed Delegate Count, this can and should be the mantra toward FOX TV over the next day. To include Duncan Hunter in their New Hampshire Debate, in addition to having the GOP Party of NH rejoin as a co sponsor, once they have done this. Let Fox know by e mail and phones!

I just called WMUR.

It kept on getting rotated back to the call menu, possibly because the newsroom phone was continuously busy. After several tries I got through.

The guy that answered the phone said that Duncan Hunter was given an opportunity to attend, but declined.

Then he changed his story slightly and said that he was given the opportunity to be interviewed. He said Hunter declined.

I said he held a townhall meeting since you didn’t invite him to the debate, so he was probably busy.

Then I asked him if they had video of his townhall meeting.
He said, yes. I told him that they should play the tape and ABC should play it nationally to give Duncan Hunter equal time.

OK. Here's my email to Fox:

Your deliberate omission of Duncan Hunter in the Presidential debate is at the very least reprehensible, especially considering he came in third in Wyoming while other candidates in the debate received no delegates. By preemptively eliminating Duncan Hunter you hinder the democratic process by preventing the people to make well informed decisions on all the candidates. More importantly you have usurped the right and power of the people and by implication claim the media has the authority to make the decision because Americans are too ignorant.That attitude becomes a dangerous slippery slope. It is not what our founding fathers had in mind when they wrote and approved the Constitution. Quite frankly your decision disgusts me and shows Fox is anything but fair and balanced.You have done an injustice against a fine American in Duncan Hunter.

What debate, there's a debate?

BTW, I haven't watch ABC for years, ever since their 1999 coverage in South Carolina's primaries. I became so disgusted with the whole shebang, I canceled my sat dish service, pulled up the whole installation , threw it in the trash. My TV has 2 feeds, one from a VCR and the other from a DVD player. News comes from the web.

I am much happier for not having any external source TV.People actually think that is odd. I was just tired of the propaganda invoked emotional ups and downs, and the $hitty advertising breaks every 10 or 15 minutes.

Duncan Hunter is a fine candidate. Voters deserve to know more about him so they can make informed decisions on his candidacy.
