His analysis of Huckabee could be turned on it's head: Without Gomer in the race, Fred would've won Iowa and South Carolina and be on his way to the nomination, right now. BTW, Huckster has already run out of money.

Campaigns try to avoid having those words (such as those appealing to race) come directly from the candidates' lips. Fine. That's politics. But for the media to "report" that Hillary and Obama didn't want those words delivered is not fine. And it's not journalism; it's flacking for the Democratic Party.

Blankley nailed it.

Yes, Huckabee derailed Fred. With the result that the nomination will go to Romney. How ironic.

I was about to make the same point you did. I also object to the following:

If Giuliani and Romney each can hold at least 20 percent of the vote...

Blankley seems to think McCain's or Huckabee's nomination is inevitable but Huckleberry is down to his last nickel and is trailing badly in FL and the latest polls have Romney over McCain 33% to 27%. Romney and McCain are virtually tied in national polls but with a big win in FL Romney should rocket ahead. i wonder when Blankley wrote this?

Blankley has always been clueless.

McSwine is the amnesty man.

John McCain would still SIGN THE BILL to grant amnesty to the crimnals.

And exactly just who is it that decides who will run for POTUS? Seems a lot of Americans no longer are heard at any level on who they prefer...well the Libs’ screeching is focused on for sure.
