I would like to speak my mind. I am sick and tired of people telling me what to say. I understand the risk I take by saying this; and such I will continue.

When I open my window, I don't see what the media wants me to see. I DON'T SEE death; war; dismemberment. I see a bright future. Not us, as conservatives, being fed to the temporal wolves.

LET IT BE SAID that that no matter whom we vote for, the war in Iqaq will be downsized; whether you will be mad at McCain for it, or Romney, or Clinton - or whomever.

So, if just for a fraction of a second, we turn OFF our Pundits and vote on DOMESTIC policy, (as that is where I live), I think that Conservatives are ,all in all, smart enough to forsake their misgivings with a foreign policy concerning places we don't live, to strengthen a nation we DO live in.

Can not one of us admit that the Clinton hobby of nationbuilding, while temporarilly profitable, is no way to susbstain a great republic, as ours?

Are we the "Nationbuilding" conservatives? I think not. We are so much better than that.

Funny you should ask... At first I was looking at the 3 million dollar budget proposal. Whoops.., my bad, I mean THREE BILLION. Sorry, I had to get my congresscritter to add the extra zero. But they assured me it was to help out someone ELSE's country, so it was cool. I mean ""duh".

It is not a "war" in "Iqaq" -- that was over in 2003. It is a reconstruction which has been hampered by insurgents who are being quashed. And no matter who becomes President it will of necessity be "downsized" because the reconstruction is succeeding, thanks to the good work of our armed forces.
