Obama, Clinton camps point to 'borrowed rhetoric' (an yo mama's so fat)

(CNN) — Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama’s campaigns each accused the other of plagiarizing portions of their campaign speeches Monday, with the Clinton campaign accusing Obama of borrowing from a close supporter — and the Illinois senator’s campaign accusing his rival of lifting from Obama himself.

On a conference call with reporters, Clinton spokesman Howard Wolfson said it was clear Obama had “lifted rhetoric” from Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick. Portions of Patrick’s speeches during his gubernatorial run resemble some of Obama’s addresses this year.

“If you’re going to be talking about the value of words, the words ought to be your own,” said Wolfson.

Osama Obama is a talker and not a doer and always ready for a free ride at taxpayers expense to some other country. The man has been in politics 11 years—1997-2004—State Senator and 2004-2008 a US Senator. What makes him an expert at solving the ills of the country? Exactly what has he done? What is his claim to fame for the voters and citz of the US?

Aren’t the words “we hold these truths to be self evident” found in the declaration of Independence?

Portions of Patrick’s speeches during his gubernatorial run resemble some of Obama’s addresses this year.

I'm telling ya Patrick stole from Obama.

Here's the Obamabatty version of what really happened.

Patrick and his staff recognized Obama as a future sensation. Gov. Patrick assigned his staff remote viewer to remote view Obama's career. (Or was it the time traveler group?) The remote viewer recorded all of Obama's 2007 and beyond speeches. Patrick is the plagiarist. Yeah.. that's it. That's what happened.

Mmmm.. Kool Aid. Homer Simpson.

Well, he helped some public housing residents remediate the asbestos used in their living quarters.

Sounds like a perfect qualification for being Commander in Chief and the most prominent diplomatic representative of the US.

Hillary’s campaign is considering suing Obama for plagiarism. Egged on by McCain’s economic advisor, Kevin Hassett’s contention that Obama’s economic plan “is the most shameless piece of plagiarism that I have ever seen,” Clinton’s brain-trust is reportedly weighing the option of filing a lawsuit.

“Everything in Senator Obama’s platform can be traced back to one or more of Senator Clinton’s ‘million ideas’ for America,” said Susan Lutes, attorney for the Clinton campaign. “Senator Clinton has staked out a comprehensive claim to every nuance of the nanny-state. There isn’t anything Obama can promise that she hasn’t already promised.”

Lutes threatened that “if Obama doesn’t immediately cease and desist the damages could run into the trillions of dollars.”

Y'know, this type of stuff always amazes me, and for this reason:

Someone heard/read Patrick's speech, what, a year and a half ago? And remembered it.

And that same person heard some speech halfway across the country on Saturday and realized it was the same line??? Even if they read it on line, how likely is it that throw away line would be in the article? And no way anybody reads the complete texts of some Obama speech in Wisconsin, just like nobody watches that Kieth Oberman show so the possibility of it existing isn't the same thing as happening.

I mean, how does that happen? If you drew a Venn diagram of the audiences for those two speeches, and all Americans (or all humans on earth) would you really expect to find an overlap there?

I mean, both speeches, c'mon, how likely is that? But then, factor into it that they were confident enough that it WAS the same line, and being at an Obama rally (I'd imagine) you're a Clinton supporter?

To me this is tantamount to the likelihood of a couple of bullets on a battlefield meeting eachother head on... fired by identical twins.

That's freakin' amazing.
