Hillary Thwarts Judge’s Directive To Testify in Paul v Clinton By Requiring Process Server Catch Her With A Witness Subpoena

Hillary again revealed her contempt for the legal process in an extraordinary development in the Los Angeles Superior Court hearing in the Paul v Clinton et al civil fraud case against Bill and Hillary Clinton today.

The business fraud suit being prosecuted by Hillary’s largest donor Peter Paul is finally proceeding to trial after years of delays in the appellate court fight to keep Hillary in the case as a defendant rather than a material witness. Judge Munoz allowed Paul to commence discovery (sworn depositions of witnesses) after a three year hiatus, while agreeing to set a trial date at a hearing to be held in April, 2008.

In response, Hillary Clinton’s attorney David Kendall declared that none of Hillary Clinton’s lawyers would accept a deposition subpoena on Hillary’s behalf.

You assume that all 30 million illegals are of voting age. 30 million illegals are 600,000 per state. Yet the highest concentrations are in the southwest and California and in city regions of the North East and the Mid-Atlantic.

30 million Mexican illegals is only 10 per cent of the population and only 10 million at most will actually be able to vote at one time(assuming amnesty). A large portion of that may vote monolithically Democrat but you can bet a healthy minority per cent will vote the other way. More of the educated and female among them will vote verses the males.

In short, some local elections may be more distorted especially in the southwest, but on the whole, party officials in both parties may not get the big bang they were hoping for via amnesty of illegals. The rest of the nation’s population is growing as well; especially the numbers of white evagelicals and conservative Catholics who are having 3 or more children(and many of whom are being home-schooled or privately educated).

What part of illegal do you not understand, and for that matter, the President of the United States takes an oath to uphold the Constitution, but I don’t think they really mean it...

We American’s need to start carrying copies with us, especially to the debates, and ask questions based solely on issues that can be answered through quotes from the Constitution.

On this topic, illegal immigration, it is covered, not in these exact words, but it says that one of the Government’s main jobs is to protect each State from insurrection or invasion.

Notice it doesn’t mention what kind of invasion, just invasion, and I think this very well falls within that category...

The first amendment gives the people the right to ask these kinds of questions, so why aren’t we doing it?

Texas was originally a part of Mexico, not of much use to the Mexican government at the time when early American settlers went South and started growing cotton and raising cattle there, but they soon got enough of that and sent an Army to run out the invaders from Mexican land. Remember the Alamo? It was a battle of Mexican and American troops, a war over land. We didn’t enter with force at first, and mark my word, this is on the same parallel, and if it isn’t soon taken care of there will be another war, but not military, it will be civil in nature.

My purpose was to actually analyze the 30 million amnesty vote thingy and to question the presuppositions that come with that. We make assumptions as well that white touchy feely Democrats won’t start to get really alarmed when the trashing of the Southwest really gets going in earnest, especially when the Azlan’ders start trying to secede from the US. The choice...living in “Evil” America or workers “paradise”(read hell hole)Azatland...which do you think they will pick?

Birth-rates are stable, even among whites; and despite current greater birthrates among illegals, there are indications that even those will level off.

Yet, don’t get the notion that I support amnesty. The moneyed folks who want to profit from this will discover that amnesty for the illegals means that very soon the Mexicans will start demanding top dollar for their wages as they will have gained a certain amount of protection from deportation(so co-ercive threats won’t be useful against them). Who will the Moneyed interests want to employ at cheap wages next?Guatamalans?

Oh I wasn’t saying amnesty was a good thing, nor do I discount the damage being done to our border lands’ economies and our national security. I should like to see a birthing of a REAL minuteman militia movement to secure our borders, despite politicos’ prostestations of “vigilantism”!

I am questioning some demographers’ methods of calculating birthrates and their effects on future America...especially statements that Americans will be 50 per cent minorities by 2050. I question Azatlanders’ statements that they will “out birth” “white” gringos. I think the birthrates of evangelical families and conservative Catholics are being
discounted and under valued.(I have 4 kids myself).

Official estimates from Mexico state that about 10 per cent of Mexicans(10 million) do live in the US, many of hopscotching back and forth or sending money home from jobs in the US). This doesn’t break down into how many are actually children or anchor babies.

We aren’t even sure that the “30 million” illegals figures are accurate since there is no reliable means to count them. There may be more than 30 million but, because of constituency groups’ tendencies to exagerate numbers to gain more legitimacy for increased government largesse, I tend to reduce that number by a third.

I question that the races will even stay as homogenous since there is much higher degree of inter marriage between whites and hispanics than there are between whites and blacks or whites and Asians.

As for any sort of North American “Union”, if there ever was going to be one, it had better be ruled by the US CONSTITUTION!

It does not require intelligence of any sort to vote. Democrats do it every twoyears and even they can find their way to a voting booth. If the Mexicans are rallied correctly (stick it to the gringo for stealing “our” land) they will be out in droves. As soon as those amnestied-americans get their paperwork they will be getting their Drivers License. And with Motor Voter laws comes a bonus card.

As far as revolution goes... what do you think is going to happen in the American southwest when McDumbass gives 30-60 million avowed Marxists the right to vote? Moreover, what is going to happen to the United States?

Get your head out of your butt, and try to focus on the larger picture: THE FUTURE OF AMERICA. With a president that supports amnesty, SPP, and LOST, where will you go when socialism is virtually guaranteed by tens of millions of newly-minted democrat voters, and our sovereignty has been handed over to the United Nations?

McCain not winning in November 2008 is something that I have been OK with for oh, I suppose 8 years now.

In the 9 opportunities that I have had to vote for President, I have picked the winner exactly 3 times.

The government say we have 12 million illegals, the number is closer to 20 million if not more, after they get amnesty they each will on an average be allowed to bring in five are more family members. Now we aren't paying for those forty are so million yet. Plus a lot of them that are here now stay out of government services, but once they are legal they get it all. So don't say we are already paying. When we have just started, it will go up and up and up and up.

I didn’t assume none of them will vote, I made an assumption that some of them will vote, not all(nor can they all). I question though how big the impact will be in the short and intermediate term. They are also mostly concentrated in California, the southwest and Texas. Florida’s Hispanics are Cuban and are a different mind-set all together.

Mexico has a 108 million folks and they acknowlgedge about 10 million live in the US all or part of the time....30 million Mexican illegals would represent a 30 percent loss of their population and just doesn’t seem realistic to me that this many has come to America in the last 10 years or so.

The concentrations will continue to effect California, Arizona, and New Mexico. But in terms of electoral votes how does the balance really change. There are still 300 million plus counted American Citizens and growing.

Now don’t think I don’t know that some of those clowns legal or not have secessionist plans for California and musch of the Souuthwest. You don’t have to show me pictures and that sort of thing...I get your point. I know that many border towns and hospitals have had economic hardships due to the unfunded mandates placed on them to “care” for these folks. Even 10-15 million undocumented Mexican illegals is a frightening figure, especially the “anchor” baby phenomena being jjammed down our throats.

My point is that I think some of the numbers have been “puffed” up and that some of these “macho” Azlanders may need to refigure their political calculations...they don’t have the numbers they think they do!

So are you saying then that Mexico would tolerate or even survive the depopulation of up to 50 per cent of its population...(108 million currently down to 50 million even if they are a poor class of folks)?

Do you see why I am having trouble with the numbers being bandied about? Even the loss of 30 or 40 million folks starts to lessen the supply of cheap labor that even Mexico needs to run some of its basic services and farms.

As the US has started a trend towards tightened credit, and recession style cut backs, Mexico’s leaders have already noted a cut back of remittances back home. Mexico needs to develop itself beyond the 18th century aristocracy style economy that still encumbers it and the racism that the European blue blood Mexicans hold towards its mexican indians and mixed Mestizo peoples! America cannot save it other than through a forced annexation, with the US Constitution applied to its new Mexican territories!
