I believe the trucks should be specially tagged, and be readily identifiable by ANYONE on the roads in our country...

“ALTO” only means “STOP” if you do not see anyone in the other road crossing your own...
Geesh...And even then its based upon who’s bigger or more intimidating if a stop actually occurs...
