"It was my judgement at the time that it was not as problematic.." - Obama
FOX News | 13 March 2008 | Barack Hussein Obama

Posted on 03/15/2008 11:47:03 AM PDT by Jeff Head

In an interview with Major Garrett on Fox News last night, among many other things, Barack Hussein Obama indicated that regarding the upproar over the very controversial, hateful, rascists, and unAmerican statements of his long time pastor, menotr, and spiritual advisor, that Obama, upon learning of earlier statements:

"It was my judgement at the time that it was not as problematic.."

Also, yesterday, reveleations in the Rezko corruption trial, indicate that the Obama campaign is now revealing much larger donations through Rezko's efforts than previously stated. The Obama campaign also indicated that Barack had lapses of judgement in dealing with Rezko in those years.

Barack Hussein Obama, at the very best, is being revealed through these occurances as a candidate with very poor perception and judgement. And judgement is an issue he has raised as setting him apart from others.

Well, it is now clear that it does set him apart...but not in the way he had hoped.

His judgement is too poor to lead...too poor to govern.

As to his long time (20 year) preacher, Reverend Wright, the Obama's chose this man. In Obama's book, he indicates that as an activist Obama looked into Trinity church and picked him. Then they stayed with him for all these years, having the pastor marry him, baptize his kids, become his spiritual advisor, and his mentor, and even having him on his religion committee for his campaign.

It is simply not credible to consider that Obama did not really know what this man represented or said...that this man's signature social leanings, very apparent in many many of his sermons were never heard or unknown to Barack Hussein Obama and his wife.

In the following days, because of Obama's statements last night on national news that he had never heard them in the pew, and been unaware of these virulent sermons, that significant research will occur to determine if that is in fact the case.

It will not be surprising after 20 years of attendance, to find documented proof that Obama did in fact hear these things in sermons he attended and was aware of these hateful, disgusting views...for example when he cancelled Reverend Wright's planned public prayer at the onset of Obama's campaign. Why did he cancel that prayer at that time...the day before?

Quotes from Wright himself at the time indicate it was in fact because Obama was fully aware of Wright's controversial and bombastic, hateful statements.

On a final note, for Obama to refer to Wright as an Uncle is another non-starter. Senator Obama...you cannot chose your Uncles. They are a presult of birth. But you do chose your pastor, the man who marries you, the man who baptises your children...and you choose to continue going there and listening for twenty years.

There is no doubt that you knew what he represented and you either thought it would not matter, or hoped it would stay below the event horizon.

Well, perhaps after 20 years of hearing this man's hate American mantra, it better explains your wife's statement of it being the first time in her adult life she was proud of America with your campaign...and your own view of patriotism with not wearing aa US flag on your lapel or being willing to salute the flag while standing on that stage with your fellow candidates several months ago.

Obama civil rights era rhetoric only works if you believe that the government is oppressing its citizenry. We are well beyond that unless your Jeramiah Wright and need a victim base.

I have previously thought that O'bama was the more unbeatable of the two leftist skanks.

Hillary was a known quantity; but O'bama was a blank slate: people would write their dreams of hope and change on him, and pretend he would care.

Now I'm not so sure; the curtain is up, and the man behind it is not so fierce.

i fear them both.

...and, unfortunately, I do not believe Barack Hussein Obama is done by any stretch.

My hope is that the two Marxists fight to the death clear into their convention and that is splits the dems and their ill-begotten constituencies irrevocably.

I find it to be a barefaced lie to the American People for Obama/Osama to say that he's never heard his pastor rantings these hateful things all these years!!

This hateful behavior & speech is not something that one would do for a onetime event but is a typical LIFESTYLE & ATTITUDE as we see splayed out for the hundreds/thousands in the congregation. Also for Obama/Osama to have such longtime connection to him to the extent that 1. He married the couple 2. Twenty years attendance at his church 3. Chose him as ROLE model 4. Used his material for his book 5. Christened his kids etc, etc.

Obama/Osama black radical hate-america kin & agenda is slowly being exposed. Its interesting how the mindless Obama drones are choosing to ignore such a great flaw in character.

Show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are.....

I just heard on FNC that Wright only began making these comments since 2005? Is that true? I don't recall FNC putting any kind of timestamp on these clips, as they usually do when showing a politician's speech.

When were these comments made? Why won't FNC date the clips?

Because they agree with it. They do not see it as a flaw.

Look at his involvement with Rezko, the Waethermen underghround, etc., etc.

This is who he is and the far left wants it.

Hopefully, enough normal, God-fearing, patriotic Americans of all stripes will rise up and put him down...like we did Kerry.

He made the comments about America deserving what it got one week after 911. He’s been doing it for many years...no doubt. It is his signature style and leaning.

We know that, but so many of the black population hears this and believes and acts like a victim base. The stereotype is self-reinforcing and rabid racists like Wright keep it so.

Bingo. Hillary and her cohorts have uncorked the nukes. McCain, take notice. I hope he (McC) has some thermonuclear ones to return fire on the Clintons and their minions, because he’ll need them. Weren’t there hints a few months ago that Hillary & Co. had ‘the goods’ on BHO?

It was not “problematic” at the time, Barry, because you didn’t think you would ever be busted on it.

There's plenty of ammo to throw against the Obama campaign, but I believe these early attacks are only to Hillary's advantage, and that she is the greater threat to America.

After she has been firmly dispatched, I'll be happy to join in any efforts to keep Obama out during the general election.

I just flipped over on Fox and saw him holding a “Town Meeting” event. The usual number of White Women were stacked up on the stage behind him hanging on his every word while screaming “Yes we can” at every pause. It was sickening.

Obama did not think it was problematic because he also believes America sucks. His wife is not proud of her country. Obama himself has said that an American child traveling abroad will only be able to feel proud of America if we elect him.
In the 2004 Convention Speech that a clueless and biased MSM thought was wonderful, Obama gave evidence of his “America is always wrong” sensibility. He said he identified with the “Arab-American families rounded up without access to attorneys.” This had never happened. But it fit the Wright/Michelle/Barack stereotype of a cruel and unfair—Michelle says “mean”— America. He's clearly unfit to be a Senator, let alone President.
