SICK. Disgusting. And yet revealing. Hillary Clinton is staying in the race in the event some nut kills Barack Obama.
It could happen, but what definitely has happened is that Clinton has killed her own chances of being vice president. She doesn't deserve to be elected dog catcher anywhere now.
Her shocking comment to a South Dakota newspaper might qualify as the dumbest thing ever said in American politics.
Her lame explanation that she brought up the 1968 assassination of Robert Kennedy because his brother Ted's illness was on her mind doesn't cut it. Not even close.

What is SO revealing about this moment is not that Hillary wishes Obama dead, it’s that Hillary is being treated as a Republican by the media.
This is just another example of how the MSM leeches onto a gaffe and takes it out of context...they do this to Republicans ALL THE TIME.
Normally, Democrats escape coverage when they say something stupid...but not now, and not for Hillary...the MSM wants her gone.

I think she said what she did to keep herself off the ticket. But if this wasn’t a cold-calculated move, boy is she an idiot. And this is the person that bill trusted nationalizing health care to. What a country.

I am far from being a Hillary fan, but I can see her comparing the lengths of their campaigns and I can see the paranoid alarmist victims getting upset.

This will be one of the most overblown statements in political history. Right up there with potatoe.
I want the Clintons off the world stage forever, but the interpretation of and reaction to this statement takes quite a stretch. Just by what she said it was clear the reference was to June primaries, not assassination. The simple fact is, Bobby Kennedy was killed following his victory party when he won the CA primary in June 1968.
But it is kind of fun to see the media assault on a Dem, and one of the formerly annointed at that.

This is the second time she committed the same gaffe. She said the same thing to Time magazine in March. The “out of context” excuse doesn’t wash.
HRC is accurate in recalling how past campaigns have taken place in June. However, in terms of the length of the campaign, I saw that drudge noted that RFK declared his candicacy in March 1968.
So what if someone does go after Obama now? Can Hillary pick up the mantel from where he dropped it?
