What a bunch of boongoggles. More freaking bonds with the state already mired in red ink including that white elephant of a Euro style rail system. More budgeting by ballot box which is one of the major reasons why CA is in such a fiscal pickle. Think your your electric bill is high that will be considered cheap if 1304 passes requiring 50% renewables by 2025!! I give credit to the Pro-Life people for persistence but parental notification for teenage abortions already failed at the ballot box 2 times.

Thanks for posting, CCC.

I understand Arnie is working to put another “redistricting” measure on the ballot (that will probably be another ‘hog tie conservatives’ measure like the last one).

From what I see on a cursory look, the Waiting Period and Marriage amendments are the only ones I would consider a YES vote.

I predict lots of radio ads with a melodious female voice touting how these bonds will “let us pay over time, with no tax increase”. And the dopes will fall for it like they always do.
