Yes, the word, “conversate” is not a word. I heard it on the comedy series “Cheer” when Sam wanted to ‘conversate’ with Rebecca....before she ballooned-up. He was using the misnomer ‘conversate’ to actually refer to another action he wanted to commit with her. I believe “ballooned-up” is also not proper English, but we can still conversate about it.

I agree with this article. It makes one wonder if the MSM held back on the Edwards story in order to annoint Obama.

I strongly disagree. As bad as she is, and that's about as bad as it gets, the manchurian is exponentially worse, IMO.
And if we had know Edwards had screwed the hired help, she would have won the dem primary too.

“So what?” defenders. It also may fan the flames for hard-core Hillerites at the DemCon - and THAT could be significant.
I would prefer whichever of them is easiest to defeat. But I am uncertain which that is. Either of them has the potential to pack the Supreme Court with communists that our grandchildren will have to deal with.
The media fawning over Obambi clouds the issue. One can't tell what is really happening when the media is so busy creating the appearance of superiority which is based on NOTHING.
The joke about "Italian War Heroes" being a thin volume applies equally well to "Obama's Significant Accomplishments".
The reporters KNEW about this and wanted Hillary’s vote split to clear the way for “the Obama”

You may be right about that, but what matters is that the Hildabeast’s people SAY she would have won had John Edwards not been a lying sleazeball of a man.
Never mind that Hildy became a Senator solely because of a lying sleazeball of a man, who ordered up the sympathy vote for her, what matters now is that the Beast was ROBBED by a MAN who done wronged his WOMAN.
The Beast couldn’t have outed Edwards. At least not directly.

But you can be sure her surrogates were out there trying to get someone, anyone to run with the story.
This result, however, is almost as good for them. Now they can SAY she would have won whether she would have or not. And thus do what they do best: fan the fires of resentment and group identity.

And you can bet that John Edwards-—he of the no-shame mention of Cheney’s daughter and the recent no-shame mention of John McCain’s past-—would have been the FIRST and the LOUDEST to hit back at any suggestion that what he did was equivalent to or worse than what Flubba did in the Oval Office.
I think the timing of this story was very convenient for the ‘Toons.
Which isn’t to say she can’t profit from it now.
Truth be told, I’ve been amazed at how the Rat establishment has pounced on Edwards for something that they absolutely adored that arrested adolescent, the Sinkmeister, for doing.
I’m sure they tried.
That said, Edwards would have been the first to go on tv and cry “Lewinsky” in his own defense.
I’m not sure the Beast was totally willing to risk that at that point in time.
