One of the many ironies is that Edwards was, back in 1998, a clinton creation. Back then they needed someone to run against Lauch Faircloth, who had opposed them on a variety of issues. So they dragged a $20 bill through a trial lawyers convention and came up with Edwards. Edwards spent 6 years in the senate, and didn’t do a damn thing there, so never even bothered to run for re-election in 2004 (I assume like any RAT he would have been allowed to run for two offices at once). Which shows what an empty suit he was/is. But bottom line - no clintons - no Edwards. I’m sure this fact is not lost of hitlery either hehe.
