President Bush, saving your ass whether you like it or not.
I would use that exact term with my (very few) leftie correspondents during the Kerry period....it drove 'em ALL absolutely bonkers and zonkers.

I just wish Pat would issue these statements in the original German, there is just so much lost in the translation.

Thanks for posting. The role played for foreign lobbyists in shaping American foreign policy is nauseating, and would disgust the Founding Fathers, as Buchanan’s citation to the pertinent portion of Washington’s Farewell Address shows.

Pat Buchanan. Lew Rockwell. Ron Paul. Chuck Baldwin.
When it comes to foreign policy, they're all cut from the same cloth.

Look at the author.. that should explain everything.. Yep , it does . Pat is a brilliant brave soul that lays out the facts flawlessly. His conclusions are usually on the money.
Pat, adviser to 3 presidents, should have advised W and now be McCains chief adviser. But if he were adviser, he would write less, and posters on FR would then be twice as stupid, if that's possible.

Too bad that money is rubles not dollars.
You have to stick your neck pretty deep in the isolationist sand to not realize Russia is being a dangerous bully here, but Pat B. managed it.
“Pat, adviser to 3 presidents, should have advised W “ - Would he had advised another visit to an SS cemetary like he advised Reagan?

I saw this piece too, and thought that if this is true, this should not be a partisan issue. Anyone who is allowed to be this close to becoming the US National Security Adviser and who is offering US foreign policy for sale, should be taken out by their own Party before the Democrats have a field day with it. So I checked out Randy Scheunemann:
Wiki
Right Web
USA Today
From what I can glean online, Buchanan does have the Scheunemann resume correct.

Thanks for the links. Quite interesting.
