How can you help family's when you grant loans for housing that they cant afford? Set them up for failure, and their American dream comes crashing down. Raines and the Dims in Congress were reluctant to discipline or reign in their Cash Cow.

He says nobody spoke up loudly enough, and not to the right people (Him). What..you have to shout at these people in order for them to understand what is right in front of them?
