One Point that Palin and McCain miss and need to hammer home
10/2/2008 | Self

Very pleased with Palin's performance. However, She had the chance right off the bat, and like McCain, they refuse to pound the Democrats on their support and the corruption of Fannie Mae. They also refused to hammer home that McCain and Bush focused on trying to reform and the Dems didn't support. They need to get that message out!!!

There was another missed opportunity tonight that McCain can still rectify. When Obama or Biden mention corporate taxes the response needs to be that since neither Obama or Biden have ever had a private sector job they probably don’t realize that just like the cost of rent, raw materials, transportation, labor, and insurance taxes and government regulation represent a cost to business too. And just like the other costs the costs of taxes and regulation are included into the cost of products and services and passed along to the customers. So....when governments raise taxes they raise the price of everything we buy.

Not going to happen.. McCain is lying in his stump speech. He doesn’t have the balls to name names.

They mentioned this on FOX news too! It’s driving me crazy that they aren’t throwing this in Obama and Biden’s faces.

It cannot be argued or explained in 90 seconds. To try is to invite confusion.

Palin did mention that McCain did try to reform Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Charles Krauthammer said the same thing except he used the word “BAFFLING” why that fat softball constantly thrown across the plate by Biden/Obama is not hit outta the park.

I think McCain is hesitating because he is under the impression that we really need this bailout bill. Watch after it is passed, the gloves will come off.

Two more debates left.

I pray that they are saving that silver bullet for them.

Though slowly the truth is seeping out on it’s own.

I assume he is waiting until after the legislation is passed.

Sadly, if it waits until after this fetid tripe is passed, it will be too late, IMO.
This bailout is the stinkingest load of excrement to come out of DC in a long, long time...

Clearly something is holding him and the campaign back from going nuclear on the Dems with this issue.

Your explanation seems likely, which is unfortunate because it means the only way they can attack is by passing a horrendous bill.

I think they need to hammer home the fact that if you increase taxes on “the rich”, you’re going to hurt a lot of people in the middle class by causing prices to go up,which will cancel out the tax breaks that the other side keeps pushing. The 95%-of-folks-getting-a-tax-cut thing should be challenged too. There are opportunities to get to the truth when it comes to NObama for McCain & company,as well as continuing the policy of reform.Point out the wrongs, then be specific as to how to make them right.

What’up Dog! :)

I'm really hopping they are waiting for the Alt. media to peculate this story into the MSM....AND.....wait till later debates to beat Obama up man to man, senator to senator. That leaves less time for Obama to react...plus the critical moment of initial reaction of Obama recorded on TV. Obama worked for Acorn to extort banks into bad debt, and Bwany Fwank’s “Spouse” profited off these bad notes as Biden’s senate dems blocked McCain from stopping it. It is a literal kill shot, but why give them time to recover. Wait till late October.

The above is my wishful thinking, in reality I fear McCain is gonna woose on this.

Exactly. I was shouting at the TV screen, and thought I was in for a long evening.

But Sarah recovered, and won the night.

And perhaps the election.

I agree -- and the Fannie-Mae abuse is, the facts support, a part of a master plan. Please click the links

Barack Obama wants to grow government either directly into socialism, or into an impossibility to keep its commitments and maintain its growth -- all in keeping with the strategy to bring the American republic to ruin and fascistic revolution. That is what Saul Alinsky wanted. That is the Cloward-Piven strategy of ACORN, William Ayers, and the rest of them -- including ACORN trainer and attorney, The Marxist Messiah, "The One," Barack Obama.

Download Interview of James Simpson by Sandy Rios, Tuesday 9/30 - WYLL 1160AM, Chicago, IL
From http://www.culturecampaign.com/culturecorner.a spx

James Simpson is the former White House economist who has just published "Barack Obama & the Strategy of Manufactured Crisis" on AmericanThinker.com.

Simpson lays out the positioning of Barack Obama relative to the neo-Marxist plans of Saul Alinsky and Obama's implied relationship to the "Cloward-Piven Strategy" of generating national, financial crises, in order to bring down America for the new socialist order.

He also connects the dots of what this has to do with the "community organizers" of ACORN and Marxist power players, from Frank Marshall Davis onward. Simpson documents his research in his article using Web links and provides a rough flow chart.

CHANGE

Please do what you can truly do with this information, so McCain-Palin goes to the White House, not the Marxist Messiah.

Krauthammer is right..... I am stunned why they are not going after the undeniable truth about this economic crisis.

The fact that Obama is so tied to the very people who instigated this disaster is a delicious bonus. I fully expected Obama to be on the defensive after Fan/Fred failed. I don’t expect the media to tell the truth but a perfect opportunity was missed tonight with a huge audience and no editing.

The cynic in me expects McCain to pass on the softball two more times. Unbelievable!

The ‘Rats will never admit that the policy of handing out loans to anyone who walked through the door was horrible public policy and will accuse the GOP of racism and wanting to go back to the bad old days of “redlining”. Forget the political correctness! We’re doing Marquess of Queensberry rules against a gang of Marxist eye-gougers and groin-kickers. We have to take the gloves OFF!

Yep, the nice guys seldom will (name names) in politics … nether do those without gonads (sorry Sarah). Politics is a bloody business. Go for the jugular or get out of politics. Name names and victory is yours. ;-)

I'm glad Palin didn't hit Biden with it now. Save it for McCain in the next two debates because it will crush Obama on his face.
