Here's why I think we should ignore the polls and continue with our efforts to elect McPalin:
1) I think some of FR's gloom and doomers just might be shills. With the kind of crooked dough that Obama's amassing, ACORN, and Soros has bought in the past, it's not so far fetched that the #1 conservative site would get "seminar callers." That they have senior dates on their page doesn't mean they're not seminar callers--it just means they are really long-term losers.
2) Obama's tactics are different from Hillary's. I'm hearing from kids on campuses that just walking down a street will get the shouted "Obama" thrown at you from some stranger. And I don't mean when you're wearing a McCain t-shirt, I mean "walking while white."
There's an edge of intimidation to the campaign, "get in your face" and Alinsky gimmicks. That causes the non-political to withdraw from the public debate and allow the Obama-volume to drown others out. The volume lends the illusion of great numbers and inevitable victory.
They are so thuggish and hysterical that were they to confront me, I wouldn't tell them I was voting for McCain. You tell a mobster what he wants to hear. I think the polls do not reflect the true intent of likely voters.
3) In all my years observing and participating in elections, I have never seen such an openly corrupt media. Every day they are more appalling in their lack of professionalism and their arrogance. They were always biased, but now they are overtly and proudly the arm of the DNC. Is it so far fetched to believe that the polls may also be corrupt, and supply numbers to prop up their candidate's agenda?
Keep up the faith and don't allow yourself to be the patsy of the left who'd love to discourage you. I just read that McCain has saved up most of his money for the last weeks of this campaign.
Whenever I read this phrase, it makes me want to throw in the towel.
The backlash has yet to come. McCain wins comfortably and the dems LOSE seats. I’m just sayin’.

I am disgusted with McPain lack of brass ones. He leaves RED MEAT on the table with these past debates. McPain lacks principles. He is EAGER to constantly compromise on principle. In fact, he's still bragging about having the enemy, Demoncrats is his cabinet.
Having said all that, the ONLY reason and I mean ONLY reason I am voting for McPain is because the Obomination is WORSE. He is America's worst nightmare to date as a Presidential nominee.
Make no mistake about me. I'm not a “shill” and I don't like McPain. IF McPain gets elected I will personally clog up his phone, e-mail and anything I can think of to put some sense into his empty head. I view it this way - ONE BATTLE AT A TIME.
That sort of stuff just makes me want to stop trying at all.
