Ohio

Michelle has been here. Biden has been here two or three times - once just in the past week and now Hillary is going to be at Youngstown State to support Obama next week. If Ohio is in the bag - why so much time and money being spent in the Youngstown area?

A more interesting question is why nobody seems to be going to Florida.

Because there are bitter clingers in Ohio too.

And the feds are watching the little acorns sprouting up all over the place.

Sarah is in the Cincinnati area on Friday. One Sarah will out-shine the other three.

Exactly, watch what the campaigns are doing.

Why would McCain spend time and money in Ohio if it’s a lost cause?

Great question! Have been wondering myself.
There are probably only two answers:

1. Both side waiting for the last 1 to 2 weeks for maximum impact. Or...

2. The internal polls of both campaigns show one or the other running away with the state with no chance of the other catching up.

I wish I had an inside connection to the McCain election team’s internal poll numbers. I guess I’m not very connected.

I know what I just stated is obvious, but I felt like saying it anyway. This is so frustrating.

Something today made me very hopeful for Ohio. I live just across the Franklin County line. My particular county did not have a McCain satellite office. I called the Columbus office to get a yard sign. I was told it would be best to wait a couple of days, since they keep running out.

Yes. And why is the Chosen One spending a few million to speak to the American people, uninterrupted, for a half hour, 5 days before the election? I suspect the polls are so heavily weighted in favor of the Dems that Obama isn't about to leave this upcoming election, likely to be stolen by the Dems, up to chance. He is not likable, has no accomplishments, has verrrry suspect liaisons with shady people and he's been running only in rarefied air courtesy of the MSM. A house of cards on the verge of folding at any time. He's immature, whiny and has a very large sense of entitlement, just like his wife. Nobama 08!

My post is referencing Florida...for clarification.

Keep spreading the word being preached at FR. Tonight I saw many, many more McCain signs than I did 0bama signs which means things have flipped again.

I know of no one who is impressed. I expect this to be about as big a smash as his Citizen of the World tour.
