How Obama Intends to Declare the Constitution Null and Void (Vanity)
10/29/08 | FTL

This is an angle that would benefit Patriots in further exposing, fronting and confronting;

- Obama's declaration that the Constitution is fundamentally flawed -

This statement alone makes him a "fundamentally flawed" candidate for president of the United States of America.

What The Constitution Is - And Isn't.

The constitution is a relatively simple agreement on the basics of ordering and structuring American society. It does NOT guarantee a "perfect society" only the pursuit of a "more perfect union". It does not guarantee the government will wipe your butt for you from cradle to grave. Nothing is free - more government always comes at a price - freedom. That's not what we wanted or agreed to when the contract for this nation was written.

The constitution is a form of contract with elements of contract law frequently cited by scholars.

Thus, as a legal citizen and party to this "contract", when your "constitutional rights are violated", just as when contractual rights are violated, its a "breech of contract" and you have standing to sue those who violated the contract - including the government.

Those rights do NOT fully extend to enemy combatants or illegal's. The fact that the Obama - Ayers crowed doesn't like it - is irrelevant.

A constitution is often called a “social contract”, in the Non-Socialist sense of the word. The use of this type of contract dates well back through history as we know.

Herin lies the danger with Obama's declaration that the constitution is "fundamentally flawed":

When a contract is declared fundamentally flawed, it is routinely declared null and void in the courts. Who better than an Obama – Ayers stacked judicial system to declare the constitution no longer valid?

Obama already thinks the constitution is junk. He said so himself, parsing as usual. And that is the first step towards throwing it out. He and his type have had a long running hostility towards the very founding of this nation that the rest of us hold sacred.

This is the Obama – Ayers strategy. Declare the constitution null and void and start over with a Marxist government. It won’t happen right away. But just like the Left has slowly been positioning itself and taking control of institutions throughout society and robbing us of our freedoms – their final target is the very constitution of the nation itself. Obama himself has said so, when he declared it “fundamentally flawed”.

Because of this belief of Obama and his Marxist cadre, we are already in a constitutional crisis.

Say what you mean - mean what you say, Obama.

Chickens coming home to roost, indeed.

Elect Obama, and we go into a slow-motion constitutional crisis.

With two more marxists on the Supreme Court, and a filibuster-proof congress, it goes into overdrive.

If he wins next week, we’ve got our work cut out for us.

To be frank, if only half of America still believes in the constitution, we’re already in a constitutional crisis and have been for a long time. But it becomes explicit next week.

As I have said previously, he will not declare the constituion “null and void,” he’ll just call for a new constitutional convention and there he will rewright the Bill of Rights.

Doing that would immediately precipitate a civil war or massive secession movements from state governments that could immediately declare independence.

If he did that he would be making a huge screwup as that also gives perfect cover for anyone wanting to leave to do so. Also he doesn't have nearly enough power to call a constitutional convention as that has to originate in state governments.

So true. I think only 25% or so hate the constitution along with America in general.

The rest are just pop-culture mind numbed sheeple who are going with Obama due to peer pressure and the effective campaign they are running along with all the other factors coming to a head at the moment making this an incredibly tough fight for our side.

Most are clueless about these underlying issues.

I agree. And many are starting to feel that might not necessarily be a negative - in the long run.

I cannot for the life of me understand how someone who believes the Constitution, [being a “flawed” document], can stand there and take an oath of office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of American against ALL enemies, foriegn and domestic, bear true faith and alliegence to the same, etc etc etc...

Unless they are lying??? Making the oath null and void, and their election to that office null and void, etc etc etc...

I took an oath of office as well...Most of us have, and most of us still bear true faith and alliegence to the same to this day...

I have no use for anyone regardless of who, what and where they come from, that if they do not hold the basic founding principles that formed this country at heart, you need to seek life and entertainment elsewhere...

I truely believe someone like this can take their “Negative Liberties” and shove it...And that statement is based upon my inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness...

All of these recent revelations about Barack “Barry Hussein” Obama’s socialist, justice seeking communistic pursuits a week before the election is too little too late...

Maybe a dose of Obama is what we need and deserve, because certainly most of America is so intellectually lazy, and apathetic to this political process that they can’t even look beyond the color of a persons skin to save their very lives...

And if my criticism is considered racist...Well, that’s your problem...Ask someone who knows me personally, if that is truely the case...My wife may enlighten those that question my position...

The Constitution of the United States is much more than a "contract". In fact, it is the document on which most all laws (therefore contracts) are based.

The whole premise of obama's flawed assumption is the creation of an entitlement (read: marxist/socialist) nation.

If all of you white folks out there think you will be included in this entitlement, you haven't been paying attention for the past 60 years. After he's elected, those people sitting behind him on the podium won't be nearly as white as during the campaign.

The bottom line is, much of the militant black community has been whipped into a frenzy by the radicals like obama, write, ayers, jackson, ferakhan, et al.

These are bitter people who are bent on taking out their own life's frustrations and perceived "injustices" on society. The only difference between these people and the "hippies" of the 70's is skin color. They are all spoiled children out to pay back society.

There is a reason the chant has always been, "We Shall Overcome". We are at the doorstep of their actual goal.

Not a single thing racist in what you stated. Oh wait, you don’t agree with Obama - you’re automatically a racist. Good points all.

Of all the golden opportunities dropped in McCains lap during this election, this was the biggest. And naturally, he muffed it. Obama believes the Constitution is flawed because it provides to many rights to the American people. Too much protection from a criminal and abusive government. Too much of what Big Brother is NOT permitted to do to us. Had McCain called a major press conference and made this case, the election would be over. Forget the redistribution talk. A presidential candidate believes the Constitution of the United States should have been rewritten—or ignored— by the Warren coirt because it does too much to protect the people from the state!!! END OF ELECTION. McCain and his campaign...crickets. The choice of 2008...an America hating Marxist, or a moron. How in the name of God is this even possible?

Yep, but none of us want to witness the amount of damage and set-back that these people will bring to bear.

We are talking about another generation or two of moving the nation left to points the nation has not seen, should they gain all this majority and control of the courts.

I think it will be far worse than most of use expect.

Because we are very slow to anger to the point that we actually pick up our weapons and organize they will become emboldened, just as any terrorists do in the face of perceived weakness. And the military would have to lead a counter and seize control of the government - which always is a possibility could happen if the Marxists over-reach as they are prone to do.

The Marxists know this and their top priority will be to replace leadership in the military and 3-letter agencies with their loyalists. Those chains of command will suddenly become very radical- looking with a far higher concentration of AA’s. Not racist, just realist.

With a 60 seat Senate and a few Squishy “Republicans” who see their chance to “make history” a President Husssein can legally turn this country into anything he wants as quickly as he wants to. He would have plenipotentiary treaty powers. That trumps the Constitution constitutionally. Without using the Treaty powers, he can do what he wants with the COurt id he has sufficient Senators. He can have Justices impeached and he can add Justices to any number he feels he need, then appoint Ayers and his clones to the Court. How fast do you suppose the necessary Cases would reach the Court from lower levels?
