Europe probably has well double or triple that with France and England leading in numbers. AND any number of highly trained “white Al Qaeda” coming in from Kosovo and Albania without much control on passports.
Perhaps Mumbai will be a wake up call to Eurabia to tighten their security even if it means a reduction in their liberal social and political attitudes that were never meant to deal with jihadism, violent or political infiltration of sharia law and Moslem customs as the “norm” or catered to on an equal basis with former national mindsets. Or even given priority over usual national norms.
Eurabia has agreed to allow over 100,000 Iraqis into their countries. Want to bet quite a number of tgerrorists will sneak in this way?

While Obama’s Marxist type of Million Man Civil security Force has keeping him and Communist type government in control now and in the future, it may be a double edge sword and be able to deal with islamic terrorist.
Only of course, if Obama, with his 20-year anti-American Christian indoctrination (DR. Wright) and his own Moslem upbringing, do not turn this civil force on all of us to ENFORCE islamic sharia.
In many ways (except the former does not say there is a deity) Communism and islam are very, very similar in attitudes. The only real difference is that islam demands obedience to a moon god while Communism demands obedience and dependency on the ruling government, with some figurehead like Obama at the helm.
Islam aggregated the spiritual forces of Amalek and his arab allies on the Saudi Arabian peninsula which were for a couple thousand years prior to Islam — a form of proto-Communisim. Nor is Islam all due to Mohammed. It is a amalgam of perverted wisdoms of the desert.
I would be more worried about Obama's 'security force' being a terrorist organization than actually confronting Islamic terrorists.
Given an excuse to rampage, such as a perfectly deserved and valid attack on islamic iran, attacks such as these will flare up in THOUSANDS all over the globe including inside America.

I have seen a story where this atack had been planned and in work for about a year...
That means to me that even with all the best intelligence out there, we are only going to be in a reaction mode when the attack(s) they have in store for the American populace come to fruition...
I generally hope for the best, but plan for the worst...
And nothing I have seen so far would keep a determined enemy from exploiting the exact same vunerabilities we have in this country, as were exploited in India...

Like you said...If someone can throw out an estimate like that, whatever the accuracy of the count...I would say that 40K too many...And why the pressure is not on who we suspect of being within that 40K are not being pressed is beyond me...
