Chief Justice John Roberts has sent a full-throated challenge of Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility to conference: Lightfoot v. Bowen (SCOTUS docket page). I.O. interviewed Lightfoot lead attorney, Orly Taitz at 2:20pm CT, today, minutes after she learned of this move.
Taitz believes, “This is Chief Justice Roberts telling the Congress… the other eight Justices, that there is a problem with this election.”
The Lightfoot case has legal standing, due to litigant, Libertarian Gail Lightfoot’s vice presidential candidacy in California. It also address two major issues of legal merit: 1. Obama’s failure to provide legally evidentiary documentation of citizenship and American birth and, 2. his United Kingdom citizenship at birth, passed to him by his Kenyan father when that nation was a British colony. (Other current challenges also submit that Obama’s apparent status as an Indonesian citizen, as a child, would have caused his American citizenship to be revoked.) This case is therefore considered the strongest yet, to be heard by the Supreme Court. Obama challenger, Philp Berg had previously been granted conference hearings, scheduled this Friday, 1/9 and on 1/16.
Roberts was submitted this case on 12/29, originally a petition for an injunction against the State of California’s Electoral College vote. His action comes one day before the Congress is to certify the Electoral College votes electing Barack Obama, 1/8. The conference called by Roberts is scheduled for 1/23. Orly Taitz is not deterred by the conference coming after the inauguration, which is to be held 1/20, “If they find out that he was not eligible, then they can actually rescind the election; the whole inauguration and certification were not valid.” The strongest time for legal and judicial rulings are generally after the fact.

Well, thinking outside the box...
Can you imagine the rancor from the Left if Republican politicians had been pounding the NBC drum since Election Day? Political in-fighting and calls for riots by Black leaders would have been non-stop as well the entire time:
“Racists!”
“Rigged election!”
“Bush-Cheney usurpers!”
But if the Republicans are quiet, and the SCOTUS acts in a non-partisan manner once they have Constitutional Cause of Action, the Left will be pissed no doubt.
However, there would be less time for opposition to call for civil unrest, less time for terrorists to strike, and Republicans are less likely to be blamed for
causing it all.
The Republicans will still be blamed - count on Pelosi and the MSM for that.
But the instability lasts weeks, not months...

On what grounds?
I would have no problem it we required all presidential candidates to release their birth certificate, all academic records, all medical records and military records. And I have never said that Obama should not release the original of his BC.
However, since none of the other 42 men who have been president have been required to present such documentation, I do not think the Court will require it of Obama.
Unless he cries and says he didn't even know he wasn't eligible and gets them to change the Constitution. That happens, my guess is we have Revolution number 2
Not a citizen....understand....Sorry ....The important thing is that the Constitution OUR constitution, yours and mine is going to be upheld for future generations.....

If that is the case, I am sure that when given an opportunity that the members of the Electoral College, the GOP members of the House and Senate, the VP or the SCOTUS will stop Chief Justice Roberts from delivering the Oath of Office to Obama on January 20th.
No president has EVER refused release of so many things in the list above. We know NOTHING about this man. Just what he writes in his own books which was probably done to create the past he wanted. What other presidents didn’t release their medical records? What other presidents were registered at a Muslin school in Indonesia and had an entirely different name than the one that they ran under? What other presidents can recite the evening prayers and called them the prettiest sound on earth. What other presidents sat in a church for years with a hate monger like Wright? Need I go on?

Everything you say is correct.
However, our Constitution does not require that our presidents not attend a Muslim School, the Constitution does not dictate what church a candidate attend and it does not dictate that the president elect provide a birth certificate.
There is actually reason to allow him to be sworn in.....
When he steps down, Biden automatically becomes president, not acting president.....Less termoil—smoother transition.... See BP’s post above for reasons why.

A president Biden, knowing his was around the House and Senate would be much more effective at passing Liberal Legislation than Obama.
