Interestingly, he gave it incorrectly. And the constitution requires othewise for it to be valid.
That would without question make for an interesting Court case and perhaps provide Biden with an in to the Oval Office but all Obama would need to do to correct such a problem is to summon a DC Justice of the Peace and have him deliver the oath.
