A friend of mine worked at Subway's (the Sandwich place) and he complained that the Manager kept asking him to wash his hands after he went to the bathroom.

I asked him, "Well you DO wash your hands after you go to the bathroom right!?"

And he laughed and said not at Subway's. He also worked at Jack in the Box. I have since lost touch with him.

This is why you hire competent management to run food establishments. High turnover is the norm for such work, especially for slacker like this who only work there because they can’t hold any other job.

As disgusting as these antics where, at least they weren’t passing on any communicable diseases like HIV or hepatitis.

Just remember when you eat out, whether at a fast food joint or top notch restaurant, those that prepare and handle your food or wash the dishes, silverware and glasses don’t always have sanitation or health concerns as a high priority.

Good! There was a time, when we could punch someone or have them arrested for disturbing our peace. Conservatism includes keeping others from violating your rights with what they only perceive as being their rights. Should they be fired? Yes. Should Domino's go after them in civil court? Yes. Should they be charged with a felony? Depends. Is there any evidence they served the food to a customer? Admission on the video is not proof. I could claim to be the grassy knoll shooter, but that isn't proof that I am.

Outside the legal issues, both of these people are really tweaked and entirely unfunny.
