There is one Dem who dropped out for Benedict Arlen and another who has decided to stay in the primary to “ rid us of Washington insiders”. It could spell Sphincter’s demise.

How can we contribute to his campaign?

The opportunist control freak, Mitch McConnell(RINO) gets the credit for that blunder..... If you remember, Bush wanted all candidates who would support Amnesty for illegals during that run. Toomey would not. One of our premier radio hosts (in the Lehigh Valley) had Liddy Dole on asked how could the Republican Party support Benedict Arlen? She responded that the electoral process was weighed in favor of all incumbents. Says a lot, Right?

A lying, treacherous weasel: he should fit right in with his new party.

Can’t remember his name, just heard it said on the radio on my way back from H’burg. Watch the news, though, Snarlin’ Arlen will try to eviscerate him. He don’t want to lose his campaign funds at this point. (In his miserable career).

Arlen needs to drop any pretense that what he is doing is any where near noble. He's doing this because his cancer stricken mind and body no longer thinks straight. He just proves that all politicians who have served/abused their position as long as this decrepit fool has only think of their selfish needs.

The whole lot of them are nothing more than a putrid toilet bowl that should have been flushed a long time ago.

Arlen Specter switched from Democrat to Republican in 1965 so that he could win an election. He is now doing the reverse for precisely the same reason.

The only reason he switched to the Democrat party is because there is no recognized party called the “ME” party......not yet anyway.

really should retire and start checking off his bucket list.

Like most of these "elder" government whores, he is addicted to the power.

TERM LIMITS is the only solution to this increasing abuse of government power.........How can that be accomplished?

W campaigned for “Magic Bullet”. That worked out. In fact, I think it worked out just the way W wanted it to work out.

He starts the TARP nonsense.

I frankly can’t see any difference in W and O with the exception of the war rhetoric.

And the talk show hosts supported W, Specter and then McCain, until the very end. If we don’t find another Reagan quick it’s all over. And it may be too late.

These people never learn. They voted for the stimulus package and now are being blamed for taking out the “pork” Schumer was talking about....pandemic funding.

It’s about nothing but power. The party should have kicked all these rino’s out years ago.

Reagan said “never talk bad about a republican. When you smear these idiot your not talking about republicans and Specter proved it.

I have forgiven Specter a lot because he got Clarence Thomas confirmed. But he’s gone way, way too far. I hope the GOP can find a good candidate to run.

He himself said in his own stupid presser that his prospects of winning as a member of the Republican party are bleak, and I think they’re even worse now as a Democrat. I heard he is twenty points down against Toomey. Now there is a clear choice to make in PA for the next Senator. Elect either a career politician who is only in it for self-interest, or vote for change.
