And the poor reasoning behind that begs the question; Is he going to ban tractor trailers as well? I’ve seen one of the crumple zones underneath the rear axles of a tractor on I-95 where the guy couldn’t stop his momentum fast enough and completely ran over the poor Miata. I’d rather take my chances in my pickup. It may not be pretty, but it’s better than being a speedbump.
I love my pickup truck. Marine plates on it with an NRA sticker on the back window. The gubmint has about as much of a chance of taking it away as they do of taking my guns. I doubt my wife will be giving her jeep up anytime soon either.
Time it gets to that point yu will not be able to afford to pay for the gas , let alone the little car.
If you are able to afford what little food that will available to you, you will be doing good.
All this talk about there being a revolution is just that, talk. Oh, there was a revolution allright, it occurred November 4, 2008. 2. Try to make sure that less come back than go out to take you in.

I LOVE my Chevy Trailblazer! I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee for 7 years before the Trailblazer. My husband NEEDS his truck for his business which, by the way, is a Chevrolet Silverado! It’a hard working truck along with my husband who is busting his butt to make a living with his “very small” business! THIS IS AMERICA, DAMN IT! THIS has got to STOP! Have the majority of Americans become wimps? We don’t let someone especially the POS tell us WHAT to drive!

By the way...did anyone see the CEO of GM on Glenn Beck a couple of weeks ago? It was very obvious to me that he was towing the Obama administration line. I think these people are afraid this administration!

Darlin, I don’t blame the truck drivers. They have to make a living. I get it. Totally. Like Levin, I LOVE truck drivers. We would be screwed without them, no doubt about it.

You see, Padawan, you aren’t SUPPOSED to be living in the country. In orde to ‘Save The Planet” (ie, CONTROL YOU), and make delivery of services to you more efficient, the idea is to FORCE you out of the country in to “High-Density Zones”, by making it too costly to commute in to the city from outlying areas!
I can’t remember which Obama Socialist Administration minion said this, but it was in an article on FR a couple of weeks ago.

I have a Trailblazer too (the long one...has the third row seat). My husband has a little Ford Focus (great car) that he uses to drive to work...the Chevy is mine (and the family vehicle). We still have three boys at home...our 15 year old had to sit in the back seat of the Focus (he’s 6’1’’) his knees were in his chest. All five of us couldn’t fit in that supposed five seater.
Some ‘Smart Cars’ have hit the roads around me (totally useless vehicle in this terrain in the winter)...but they are frighteningly small. Like they could fit in the cargo bay of the TB...
