She laid her hands on him. That's assault whether it was a slap or a push.

Really, has it come to this? When someone merely touches you it's now assault? Get real man, and grow a pair.

My wife pushed a neighbor who was male over an argument about some grass we blew on to their property. She’s average size. So was he. He wasn’t injured. Just a push. We had to go to court for assault, and she was on probation for a year. My experience is you can’t touch someone.

If the conservative had responded by knocking her hand away, do you have any doubt that her personal-injury-lawyer husband would not not have a lawsuit filed the same day?

That's the Left's tactic: they push, and tolerate nothing in response. We need to take the same attitude.
