Worse yet he has interrupted an important activity you both were engaged in. You don't want to be impolite but isn't he the one that's impolite by presumptuously interrupting? Even worse the presumptions creep asks your kindergartner what the kindergartner can do for him. All the while he has not once looked over at you to determine if you have a look of disapproval but continues to directly engage your child. But I guess its all unicorns and cotton candy if the end result is that some liberal objective is met.

He might be a totally nice guy. Or he might take your child captive for 19 years. But all things considered, I think it’s worth the risk. I’m being sarcastic I think you should’ve told him to take a hike.

You stand between the old man and your child and politely, forcefully, tell him to back the hell up before he gets an education.

Creepy OLD man at the age of 48???? I resent that. I’m more than 48 and I’m NOT old. However, in Obama’s case, and considering his attempt at indoctrimation next Tuesday, Creepy does fit nicely.

"48 year old male, accosts you and your five year old out in public. Starts talking directly to your child while ignoring you. What would be your reaction."I'd kick him in the balls then run like hell with child in hand. No creep is going to get my child.

Put yourself between him and the child, and loudly and boldly tell the guy to get away from you and your child. Use profanity if you must. Use language that will embarrass him. Let everyone around you know what this guy is trying to do. Get real hot and bothered. You will make your point known to him AND others around you.
Next, step back a few steps, then hold your ground. DO NOT turn away. STARE HIM DOWN. Make him retreat.
If he doesn't leave continue making a commotion. Let everyone know he's a creep.
After the confrontation, go about the store for awhile. 10-15 minutes or longer. Do your shopping. Calm yourself down
When leaving keep your senses ALERT.

My message to my local school board about this creepy guy and his band of merry old men in Washington bothering my kids in school was:
Dear Superintendent, President and School Board Members,
We are the parents of three children in the xxxxxx School District in elementary, middle and high schools. In connection with President Obamas scheduled speech to all of the nations public schoolchildren next week, we have a few questions:
1. Does the federal government exercise control over the local public elementary and other schools? That is, can the President of the United States dictate the timing and subject matter of presentations to OUR school students? Does the School Board have a choice concerning whether to broadcast President Obamas speech?
2. If the school board has a choice, when will the school board meet to decide its course of action? If there is no special or regular meeting to make the decision, when and how will that decision be made?
3. Do school principals have a choice concerning whether to broadcast President Obamas speech to all of its students? Do teachers have a choice concerning whether or when to broadcast the speech? Will all teachers be required to broadcast the speech and conduct the federal governments recommended pre-speech activities and follow up discussions as an addition to the regular school day curriculum?
4. If the decision is made to broadcast the Presidents speech in the classroom, will parents be offered a choice to exempt their children from this broadcast and its attendant activities without a marked absence or other penalty?
In summary I am very concerned after reviewing the federal lesson plans sent out by the Dept of Education that the format doesn't promote healthy debate. It assumes the student will agree with the speaker.
My suggestion is for my local xxxxxx School District to broadcast a message to all parents along the lines of: "In order to not interrupt scheduled instructional learning and lessons, the xxxxxx District will not be participating in President Obamas live broadcast on Sept. 8. However, the speech will be recorded and archived; a link will be provided on the District Web site to allow students and their families to access the speech at home."
Thank you very much for your responses to these questions prior to the September 8th event.
Sincerely,

You tell your child that the old man is a little senile and we are just going to entertain him for now.
If he gets too pushy we will tell him go GO AWAY !!.
If he does not GO AWAY we will FORCE him to do so.
You cannot let yourself or your family to fall in line with someone just because it's the nice or the unconfrontational thing to do.
JUST SAY NO !!!

The best protection is being direct. Child molesters know the law, know the score, know where every parent is on the playground. They run like cockroaches when confronted. Just ask the question...”do you have a criminal record for child molestation?”

But, you knew this evil, creepy man would be talking to your children days aheadd of time. You can prevent them from going to normal indoctrination camp for this new Super High Intensivity Training (S#IT) planned to be shoved down your children’s throats. Yum!
