Former CIA counterterrorism expert Kent Clizbe tells Newsmax it's "indisputable" that the Obama administration's actions regarding intelligence agents have undermined the global war on terror.
Clizbe was a member of the CIA's Directorate of Operations, and returned to the CIA after 9/11 to serve in multiple counterterrorism deployments. He recently wrote an opinion piece for Newsmax headlined "Obama and Holder 'At War' With Agency."
Newsmax.TV's Ashley Martella noted that President Barack Obama has allowed Attorney General Eric Holder to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate CIA personnel involved in the interrogation of terrorist detainees, and has taken future interrogations away from the CIA and turned them over to the FBI. He asked Clizbe how much damage Obama and Holder are doing to America's intelligence community.
"It's hard to quantify, but I almost shudder to think that the only way we're really going to know how much damage they are doing will be when something happens," said Clizbe.
If investigators begin interrogating or prosecuting CIA officers "you're going to have officers who should be working on counterterrorism operations sitting down with their lawyers and spending weeks and months coming up with their defense against these charges," he added.

If Obummer really wanted to end the CIA investigations, he could simply say to AG Holder “I do not want this.” and it would be stopped dead in its tracks. Obummer is the POTUS not Holder. So obviously this is something Obummer REALLY DOES WANT HE JUST IS TOO CHICKEN SHIT TO COME RIGHT OUT AND SAY SO. THIS IS BEING DONE TO MOLLYCODDLE OBUMMER’S FAR LEFT RADICAL EXTREMIST BASE TO WHICH IT SEEMS HE IS ALWAYS PANDERING TO. AND IT IS PRECISELY THAT WING OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY THAT IS DESTROYING THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY.
And if something does happen it'll be due to an "intelligence failure" and he'll kick the CIA again.

The Obama Administration's goal is to undermine the U.S. They want Americans to be weak and defenseless against terrorists. They want the terrorists and the enemies of America to win. And according to this article they are succeeding in their efforts.

One of the primary duties of our CIC is the protection of American citizens and the CIA is one of the tools to do that job. However, obama seems to think he is a citizen of the world and is ashamed of America.
God forbid something should happen, but if anything does, let's be clear about the greatly improved intelligence capacity Bush restored and left to obama and what obama has done to it.

Actually Ev, to be very clear, the interrogators DID NOT torture terrorists.
They DID use enhanced interrogation techniques.
Over the years I have looked at torture, executions, beheadings, etc. in graphic detail on the internet. Americans WERE NOT the ones doing these things.
Just wanted to clarify that for people who do not have the attention span to read through your brief post.
