The White House Press Secretary issued this release: Chai R. Feldblum, Nominee for Commissioner, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.Ms. Feldman’s work to, in the words of the announcement advance “lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights”, places marriage and religious freedom in America at risk. She is prolific and has written extensively about her legal views concerning the Bill of Rights and its protection of religious freedom. The Administration had to have known about her radical views. In a scholarly article entitled Moral Conflict and Liberty: Gay Rights and Religion Chai Feldman discussed her novel legal theory concerning how what she calls “religious belief liberty” and “sexual orientation liberty” should interface in America. She proposes nothing less than a radical restructuring of American Constitutional Law.
Ms. Feldblum is a practicing Lesbian and an advocate for the Homosexual Equivalency agenda. She sees a conflict between the claims of the Religious Free Exercise constitutional claims of Christians and the “equal rights” claims of practicing homosexuals, at least as they are viewed by the Homosexual Equivalency movement.
As a constitutional lawyer, let me clarify what she is saying for my readers. This homosexual activist lawyer - who will soon have a significant role as an enforcer of “Equal Rights” at the Federal level - actually believes that the protections provided under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution have become outdated.
She does not think that the Free Speech, Free Association and Free Exercise Clauses are the best safeguard for the religious person or for religious institutions any longer. An analysis of her legal writing makes it crystal clear that she believes that homosexual paramours should be granted legally equivalent status to married heterosexual couples.

If you don’t know by now, you won’t ever. This man is the ANTI-America. There is nothing he will NOT do to destroy everything we have ever fought for and believed in.

To the Communists in our government the Constitution, like the Ten Commandments is only an annoyance, not an obstacle.
He meant that he would do just what he's now doing, remake America into a copy of the socialist, atheist, Godless, pro-sodomy, pro-baby murder, pro-suicide, anti-Christian, etc, nations of Western Europe. I don't think that even liberal Democrat Senators and Congress critters will risk going as far in that direction as Obozo wants to go.
But I'm probably wrong, who knows how far he will get with his agenda in this upside-down new America that's fast becoming barely recognizable as the same country in which I was born and raised. The radical leftists in Congress and the Senate apparently believe his election to the presidency was equivalent to the 2nd Coming of Christ, and they're happy as pigs in slop at having him and his Marxist agenda succeed and traditional Christian American values and moral principles destroyed.
Has it been obamma goal to find the most radical looney birds for every position he fills? Is there any decent person he has chosen for any position he has filled? Or is it the more looney you are the more qualified you are? Gee whiz!
He gives positions to the kind of people who supported him in his campaign and is happy to do so. They gave him a job of consequence, a nice retirement, and good post-office speaking opportunities for high fees. And he does have many opportunities to screw America, and perhaps is so-minded.
