I am a “Doctor of Philosophy” and I wear a white lab coat while working.

I actually have as much stake in health care “reform” as any MD. Once medical care is rationed, and expensive treatments are only reserved for the very rich who can pay out of pocket, no one is going to be spending for research on the next generation of drugs, therapies, etc. And I will be out of a job. As will a huge number of people. Biotech is a HUGE industry.

Maybe it was the guy who left the cast of House to go work at the White House. Kal Penn is the new associate director of the Office of Public Liaison. Maybe he took a few lab coats with him when he left.

These are doctors who don’t do much actual practice, but are in administrative positions - positions that won’t change much under 0bama care. It is the front-line doctors who are getting upset about the prospects of 0bama care.

Further - it would certainly be interesting to get a guest list for that event and see how many have even EVER practiced medicine...

Not much being said about the fact that they were there under the name Doctors for America which until recently were chartered as a non-profit under the name of Doctors for Obama who campaigned for der Fuehrer to get him elected. It was, as usual, a staged and partisan gathering.

“Post-abortive” women have two paths, two choices to take.

One of acknowledgement of the dreadful wrong, of repentance, asking for forgiveness, and acceptance of that forgiveness.

The other is the path of justification of their decisions. This path includes promotion of others making the same decision. This is why you don’t really see “pro-choice” as much as you see “pro-abortion” on the left. They really don’t like anyone choosing life, because that puts a value judgement on their own choice.
