Considering comission Roger Godell emphatically stating today that "divisive comments have no place in the NFL" and Colts owner Jim Irsay stating he'd couldn't consider voting for Rush Limbaugh as an owner because, "When there are comments that have been made that are inappropriate, incendiary and insensitive
our words do damage, and its something that we dont need," it is time that we, as conservatives, football fans and season ticket holders of NFL teams, demand that olberman and his divisive, incendiary, inapprorpiate comments be removed from hosting Sunday Night Football!!! Tell the NFL to STOP being hypocrites NOW!!!

please be respectful but state your case.....
Olby isn’t employed by the NFL. He’s employed by NBC. And he was already hired, and has what is known as a contract.
Olberdork can call a woman a bag of mashed up meat with lipstick and there is no repercussions?
The league don’t control who is a sportscaster the networks do. Contact the networks with your request. But contact the league office and let’s boycott the NFL sports broadcasts and games this Sunday.
Thank you.
I believe Irsay (?) and those who are speaking for the NFL have misjudged their market and I believe they are not prepared for the fallout.
correct...but NBC is “employed” by the NFL and the NFL should pass on their disgust about the situation if they are honest...
My first thought was what’s his problem with Helen Thomas.
Granted, I have no clear air dates or audio tapes of said comments but believe me...they happened.
Good grief.
You can at least call in defense of women can’t ya? Have you read or do you not care what he said about a female?
The way to make hay out of this is to use it to discredit those who’ve promoted bogus quotes. I covered one of those quotes way back in June:
http://24ahead.com/wikiquotes-bogus-circular-smear-rush-limbaugh-jack-huberman-
Find those who’ve used that quote and write up what they did in a way that those searching for their name will find it. Or, conduct a campaign to force retractions. That’s the smarter way to do things but I can’t and won’t do it all myself.
Leagues and teams still have a right to reject any commentator the find objectionable. Just ask the former Cubs TV team prior to 2007.
I’m Ready to Cancel SUNDAY TICKET,,
I’ll miss the Steelers and Redskins but For Rush I Will...
Let’s hit them where it counts,,,
We Need A List of NFL SPONSORS !
Contracts? In Obama's America? Didn't you get the memo?
An Olbermann defender with the screenname “NMEwithin” on FreeRepublic... this place really is going to hell in a hurry.
If Rush is to be denied ownership opportunity in the NFL because of the whining of political bigots why should the rest of us be expected to endure the ranting of the obnoxious Mr. Olbermann?
