"Can you hear us now?" asked protesters around the country this weekend, challenging the mainstream media to drop a perceived news bias and give fair coverage to the growing movement against Obama administration policies.
Grassroots organizers pulled together small groups of protesters in dozens of U.S. cities yesterday and today, including more than 100 who descended upon the offices of the Florida's St. Petersburg Times this morning.

I’ve been out there protesting too but the truth of it is that there are tens of millions of sure-fire leftie voters who see elections as their way of voting themselves a raise and we’re just flat outnumbered at this point in many states and nationally too.
We need to find a way to stop paying for these people, even if it means end-runs around government or other tactics because we are NOT going to win many elections until and unless we are BROKEN financially, at which point it is too late.
Yelling and screaming isn’t gonna work no matter how loud we yell and scream. And it is elections and electoral politics that CREATED this mess for us. It’s not likely to give us a way out of it.
I see nothing wrong with 25 Million Americans peacefully protesting in front of the White House.

What would the government do if 10 million people just stopped paying their taxes? Round Us up and turn us into lampshades? OK With this bunch in the White House who knows... But at some point we need to just say “to hell with you”.
