What I'd really like to see is some enterprising legal types file lawsuits in the individual states calling for the laws based on AGW to be repealed. It's quite interesting that an organisation quote committed to scientific integrity, open debate and enhancing understanding unquote, characterises questioning of its conclusions as quote the latest example of a sustained and, in some instances, a vexatious campaign which may have been designed to distract from reasoned debate unquote. Presumably the only "reasoned debate" is of the nature where everyone agrees and the only object of controversy is how wild you make the doomsday predictions.
