They want those because they need the Democratic votes. Illegals, if made citizens, would vote ‘Rat.

BINGO!

“It certainly will confuse the debate a lot more, but at the end of the day what we have to understand is fixing this system will be good for American workers,” said Eliseo Medina, executive vice president of the Service Employees International Union, which is one of the major advocates for legalizing illegal immigrant workers.”

Two things at work here, votes and jobs. Concerning the first there will certainly be more votes for rat candidates if they vote to legalize 20 million people. However, this notion that they are all going to join the SEIU is just not true. Some will, but this union wet dream that they’ll have millions of new members with all of the additional clout is ridiculous. One of two things will happen: either they continue to work under the table or new illegals will undercut them and replace them in the workforce and they’ll go on the dole like the rest of the layabouts which will only solidify their votes on the government plantation.

Not when they’re unemployed they aren’t, but the people whose jobs they took most certainly are.

Well Ms Medina,i don’t believe its better for American workers to have to pay for second language teachers.
I don’t believe its better to put millions of people into our social safety net that have put nothing in.
I don’t believe the crime that follows the illegals into their barrios, with all the associated costs,is beneficial to Americans.
I don’t believe that rewarding illegal behaviour, retro actively giving citizenship to people that snuck into this country is beneficial to Americans.
I say this all know if you were in the room with me you would say i’m either ignorant or heartless or worse yet, rascist. To you,i would reply,i really don’t care what you think when you wish me to close my eyes and bend over and grab my ankles. I’m not interested in your lies and couching phrases to try and get me to go along with your agenda. In short,if you so want immigration reform, head south of the border and reform the endless hordes that wish to come into my country and reap the benefits of me and my anscestors. In short, tell those hungry useless hordes to FIX their own country. I’d be honored if they modeled theirs after ours.

From 1929 to 1937, Hoover authorized the Mexican Repatriation program

FDR was elected in 1932

“In short, these previously vulnerable aliens were no longer vulnerable and demanded fair and equitable treatment by their employers. In many of these instances, guess what happened? The employers fired these now legal aliens and hired the next wave of illegal aliens!”

This time, the problem will be if the unions get control over the companies first...then the companies will have a difficult time firing them. The illegals are already joining the unions....it’s just a matter of time until SEIU, with the help of Obama, has it’s greedy paws around the necks of all employers.

Look at their names, they don’t care about immigrants, they are merely trying to increase the % of Hispanic population. Wonder how they feel about all the Irish illegals and Asian illegals?

Aside from the criminality of sneaking in here illegally, the simple fact is the illegals DO NOT WANT to become Americans. Their loyalties and allegiances are to whatever third-world hellhole they came from (most commonly, Mexico). And make no mistake about it: They are an invading army. They do not learn our language, but demand WE learn THEIRS, and that we include theirs in all our publications, advertisements, labels, etc. They do not assimilate, and are insulted if we think they should. They contribute NOTHING of benefit, but instead take and use and destroy. Crime explodes exponentially wherever they congregate. Diseases that were all but eradicated or non-existent here or were exotic are now not even raising eyebrows (think TB, and hantavirus, and leprosy just to name a handful).

Yup. If all the illegals were from Scandinavia these “immigrant rights” phonies would be demanding at least deportations, and likely imprisonments or even executions. Luis Gutierrez is a worthless POS. He is an ethnic bigot of the highest degree.
