If he wasn’t drunk which it CLEARLY looked like he was, then a stroke comes to mind...nah, he was too smelly according to the guy next to him.

“Baucus Drunk” is the first thing showing when you type in “Baucus” on bing.com.

I just posted this info as its own thread here:
Google Spikes Drunk Baucus Story

Post that info there if you got a second. :)

Do you have a screenshot? I would do it, but my Firefox busted and I would need to restart my PC to get it going... for some reason, my new IE will not copy large screenshots to the clipboard (CTRL PRTSCRN, ALT PRTSCRN don't work!)

He had a stroke then? That slurring was pretty pronounced as was his inability to sound coherent.

Yep.

And the cool thing about the vehement denial is this:

Montana folk will be saying: “I’ll be the judge of that.”

They’ll visit the site and come away blushing.

Mr. Bacchus, you blew it. Coulda kept your mouth shut, kept the gerbil scat in, but no-o-o-o.

Prediction: By the end of the week it will be another press release. He was very tired and a legal prescription drug impaired his speech.

The only thing missing was the lampshade on his head.

Drunks often take denial of their problem to outrageous extremes when caught red handed.

That’s what I was thinking - Foley doesn’t have a lot of room to throw stones.

The spin will be that he’s diabetic and his blood sugar was low.

I think that will be my excuse come this New Year’s Eve.

Exactly, they do it to people on the right all the time. They don’t like it when the shoe is on the other foot though.

He actually wants us to believe him. The dems lie about everything; so why should we?

Yeah, I think I heard somewhere that he had a pill problem. Or maybe it was a gender issue, can't remember for sure but what the he11, the dems and the MSM make a living out of drive-by chit like this.

He can deal with it.

“breathalyser for members of congress.”

They might add drug tests for them too.

Looks like it took about five days for him and his staff to decide how to handle it. Outraged denial was definitely one way to go, but it’s easier to take seriously when it doesn’t take a week to get there.

Yup. He'd also be more credible if he faced the press and addressed the allegations himself. That he released a statement through his press flack speaks volumes to me.

Plastered.
