BENSALEM, Pa. An alert police officer saved a damsel in distress from an attack by a fugitive illegal alien, who is now behind bars.
The attack occurred Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot of the Kohls department store on Street Road.
Police said Detective Eliot Gross arrived at the store at about 5:40 p.m. to follow up on a previous investigation. As he exited his vehicle, Gross heard the sound of a woman screaming coming from across the lot.
Gross, police said, ran toward the screams and found the victim standing by her parked car, out of breath, and obviously in distress.
Police said they learned that the suspect, later identified as Ramon Ramirez, was waiting outside the store as the victim exited. They said he followed her to her car and grabbed hold of her with intentions of raping her.
But the victim fought back, and her resistance and screams kept her attacker at bay and caught Gross attention.
The victim, police said, pointed out her assailant to Gross. He was by now running across the parking lot. Gross took off on foot and was able to catch up to him and bring him into custody.

Build a small wooden shed around a large tree stump on the town common.
Fill it with about 12” of hay.
Stick a very sharp knife into the tree stump.
March the perv into the shed and clamp nail his penis to the stump.
Toss a match into the corner and close the door.
The perv has two choices, either one works
We need a fence and troops along the border and to roundup and deport illegal alien - not send our troops to Haiti.
:-)
Lumber is still more expensive than ammo. $.50 for a .357 158gr hollowpoint vs the total cost of lumber at a couple bucks a foot for pine 2x4’s.
According to George Bush he was “Only committing crimes that legal citizens won’t do”.

Ahhh, another Aztlan warrior. No doubt pursuing the path of the plumed serpent as evidenced by his shirt.
We used to call that a “Kentucky Hanging”.
Take the perp, nail his gonads to a stump, give him a dull razor and set the stump on fire.

A new amnesty bill has been introduced in the house..CIR/ASAp.
One of the provisions is that the National Guard will never be deployed along the southern border.

Illegal Alien Charged With Abusing Toddler
Other Child Says Man Punched Boy
NEW ALBANY, Ind. — A Floyd County toddler suffered near-fatal abdominal injuries and his mother’s boyfriend is charged with the crime.
Police said Juan Carlos Contreras-Juarez is an illegal alien and is charged with aggravated battery.
According to police, Contreras-Juarez was staying with the victim’s mother when the incident happened.
The prosecutor’s office described the 19-month-old’s injuries as “extremely serious and disturbing in nature.”
According to police documents, Heather Hutchins said her son, Ernesto Hernandez-Guzman Jr., was his “normal self” and had no “rash” when she left him in her boyfriend’s care a week ago
Hutchins told investigators she left her Floyd County apartment for about 15 minutes on Jan. 7.
When she returned, her son was in bed for his nap.
According to police, Hutchins said that at around 7:30 p.m., she went into her son’s bedroom and found him unresponsive, covered in vomit, and that he had a rash on his face, neck, and upper chest.
The boy was taken to Floyd Memorial Hospital by ambulance.
Dr. Tom Harris was the on-duty physician at Floyd Memorial. He told police the child had bruises all over his body and the rash was petechia, a condition that creates spots on the skin due to hemorrhaging.
The 19-month-old was then transported to Kosair Children’s Hospital, where he was treated for serious internal injuries.
According to the report, Dr. Melissa Currie, head of Pediatric Forensics at Kosair told police that the boy’s “injuries were caused by an intentional act of abuse and that this injury had to be inflicted by an adult.”
Currie also said the toddler’s injuries happened about six to 24 hours before he underwent surgery and that the injuries were, “likely caused by a punch or stomp to (his) abdomen.”
Hutchins told police there were five other children at her apartment the day her son suffered his injuries, including her nephew, identified as SD.
In the court documents, SD told police “he saw Carlos punch EH in the stomach on Jan. 7.”[snip[http://www.wlky.com/news/22239798/detail.html
