On Jan 27, 2010 Hawaii State Senator Will Espero has introduced a bill to label some people "vexatious requestors" who can be denied responses from the DOH. This action was taken 2 weeks after I posted "Red Flags in Hawaii", (see at http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2010/01/11/red-flags-in-hawaii-2/ ), a blog post documenting how Hawaii government officials have broken laws and rules in order to cover for Obama.
The Honolulu Advertiser has an article about it. Apparently I can't post anything from the HA because they won't allow it, but it's in an article online today. In it, Okubo claims that she gets about 50 requests/month for Obama's BC.
First off, I call BS on that number. I requested all the UIPA requests involving Obama for a 2-week period and there were 7 requests - only 2 of which were for a BC, and both for a non-certified abbreviated birth certificate, which the Administrative Rules expressly authorize to be released to anybody who asks for it.
Second, I believe this firmly places us in phase 3 of the saying, "First they ignore you. Then they ridicule you. Then they fight you. Then you win."
No, I'm a proffesional peon, and I know it.
Your comment insinuated that Okubo was in charge of some signifigenet function at DoH, I was merely correcting any misimpression folks might get.
This whole bill requires the agency or OIP to make judgments about WHY a person is requesting access. This is a complete reversal of what the OIP has always said - that the person’s reason for making a request is not a basis for denying anything. Quite frankly, it is nobody in the agency’s business why a record is requested.
The purpose of UIPA is to keep the government honest, and if the government is able to get rid of requestors they view as snoopy about the wrong things, the whole purpose of UIPA is undermined.
Unbelievable that in the current climate where we’ve got total lack of government accountability and the people at boiling point with anger about that.... Hawaii moves to punish “vexatious requestors”. More of Obama’s type of “government transparency”, I guess...
None of that can happen if the giant is still asleep though. The people need to wake up and see that the boa is around their neck and closing in. I don’t know. It may be too late already. But there will be no chance of America as we’ve known her to survive if she is asleep.
We also have to make sure there is never a monopoly of conservative media. We can’t have all our eggs in one basket. Only competition keeps people honest.
Without the Internet , we would already be a fascist state.
Has anybody been able to actually log in and post at the Honolulu Advertiser article site? That was really bizarre how the e-mail came and immediately disappeared from my whole computer.
Ain’t that the truth!
That’s why Obama was so quick to come up with a “Communications Czar” and so slow to come up with an inspector general for the Communications Czar...
I googled the (a) paragraph without anything, only the (b) shows???
The entire text of HRS 338-18 is at http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol06_Ch0321-0344/HRS0338/HRS_0338-0018.htm
Is that what you’re looking for?
BS you mean to say Barry Soetoro???
This West Point freak was on 1000+ post yesterday from start to end!!
With the exact same babble as here. Well it should not come as a surprise when they are "moonlighting" on behalf of the White House or for some extra cash from Aporn!!!
He claims to be a 53 year old veteran who graduated from West Point at age 21 “has himself held an SCI clearance (higher than TS (Top Secret)) and held nuclear surety clearances as a custodian of nuclear warheads.” People who need access to the most sensitive intelligence information hold a “TS/SCI” (Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance. He says, “I got my first clearance, though, as a Plebe. The investigation for that took place while I was still in high school.” He also claims, “I had a long family history of participation in organized crime. Yes, I am Sicilian and the son of a Mafia princess.” “I was given custodial responsibility for nuclear weapons at the age of 21.”
Among his many unlikely claims, “Every single background check I have ever been involved with regarding Military personnel (either my own or those I was contacted regarding) were performed by the FBI.” I pointed out that his comments about the FBI issuing most Security Clearances for military personnel is incorrect and destroys his credibility. With very few exceptions the Defense Security Service (DSS) gathers the background check information. Once the information has been verified, and the investigations completed, DSS presents the information to the specific military service's adjudicator authority (each military service has their own), who determine whether or not to grant the security clearance, using standards set by that particular military service. He has not responed to this.
In my last post to him I stated, “I hate to say it, but you have used nearly every Alinsky tactic in the book. You have thrown out many half truths to confuse the issues. You have subtly added misleading qualifiers that give the impression that you are claiming something which actually you are not. You ridicule and cast dispersions any anyone who expresses knowledge that contradicts your point of view without offering any verifiable information to back up your claims. Your protests are transparent... you are obviously trying to defend your questionable claims by going on the attack. Despite your being a very new member in this forum I have given you the benefit of the doubt because you have claimed to be a veteran and an Army officer. You are long on Obama talking points but very short on common sense. You also seem to have very low expectations for the ability of people here to verify your questionable information. Freepers are known for being able to sift through the BS so I doubt whether you will last all that long here.
I learned my lesson along time ago that it is wrong to label someone a troll unless you are certain. I would however strongly encourage the moderators to review EnderWiggins posts to determine whether he is encouraging healthy debate, or just berating and humiliating others and repeatedly posting the same Obama talking points. I hate to say it since he claims to be a veteran, but my feeling is that his motivation is mostly to berate and ridicule others and make them angry and frustrated. Much of what he claims boarders on the unbelievable side. His writing style reminds me of others who have been banned but repeatedly pop back up using new monikers.
Does this apply to just civil court ? or criminal court ? or both ?
I forgot to mention that Enderwiggins claims that most persons graduate from West Point like he did when they are just 21. The significance of this is that West Point is a four year school; most persons in this country do not graduate from high school until they are 18. Most people who can add would be suspicious of this claim. If you check the record you will find that this is just one more untruth from the keyboard of EnderWiggins.
That is a complete fiction on both your parts. Bullsh!t. What's NOT fiction is that a Medical Doctor feels she is qualified to DECLARE with Constitutional-certainty that a self-proclaimed British Subject is a Natural-born [American] citizen ...
And she does so just hours after Rep. Abercrombie's non-binding resolution goes through the House and Senate, proclaiming his friend Obama was born in Hawaii.
It's their little coordinated stunt that started this chapter with the OIP. Dr. Fukino must atone for and publicly verify her unqualified public declarations. |
