On Jan 27, 2010 Hawaii State Senator Will Espero has introduced a bill to label some people "vexatious requestors" who can be denied responses from the DOH. This action was taken 2 weeks after I posted "Red Flags in Hawaii", (see at http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2010/01/11/red-flags-in-hawaii-2/ ), a blog post documenting how Hawaii government officials have broken laws and rules in order to cover for Obama.

The Honolulu Advertiser has an article about it. Apparently I can't post anything from the HA because they won't allow it, but it's in an article online today. In it, Okubo claims that she gets about 50 requests/month for Obama's BC.

First off, I call BS on that number. I requested all the UIPA requests involving Obama for a 2-week period and there were 7 requests - only 2 of which were for a BC, and both for a non-certified abbreviated birth certificate, which the Administrative Rules expressly authorize to be released to anybody who asks for it.

Second, I believe this firmly places us in phase 3 of the saying, "First they ignore you. Then they ridicule you. Then they fight you. Then you win."

Having several of the military guys call BS on his claims regarding security clearances because he doesn’t know the proper protocols makes it pretty clear that the guy is willing and able to lie about anything.

Could be why he’s unwilling to post any details about his own correspondence with the DOH. Details can be verified and he’s already been burned by offering details, not knowing that at FR people check out details. Cross-examination is a powerful tool, and Free Republic has some of the best minds that exist.

Yes. People from Hawaii can be very polite. It is their culture. But do not mistake her politeness to you as being a reflection of your behavior. Some of the names you've called me are breathtakingly offensive, yet you have seen nothing similar from me in response. Some people are just niver than you are. Ms. Joesting is clearly one of them.

Unlike you, I am not a vexatious requester, so no I will not bother her anymore. Your own correspondence proves you to be telling a falsehood so no additional disruption of her duties is warranted.

IF I was “a vexatious requester,” Joesting or Takase had several opportunities to tell me so or advise me NOT to send a request that I asked for their advice on drafting.

That’s why I choose to get advice from them. I did NOT want to waste the DOH’s time.

Just settle down for now, Troll, and I will ask Joesting to comment on your understanding of UIPA.

BUT, if you would just ask her yourself, you could feel confident that you are getting an honest answer and not go around accusing honest people of being liars.

I am not asking that you be rude or impolite to Joesting. She’s a very nice woman and you should treat her with respect. Tell her disregard your question if she is too busy or feels it’s frivolous—that’s what I would do anyway.

I’ve already posted my requests, on my blog.

But you can certainly give yourself permission to post the date and time of day that you made your requests. So there is no reason for you not to do so.

I've said it several times. Even attempted it once. According to the law “A person having a common ancestor with the registrant;” has a legal right to the long form BC. After several hours of research I found a guy who had shared ancestry with BO but it was about six degrees removed so he felt uncomfortable asking for it based on that. But surely, there is someone with a closer connection who will ask for it. Even someone from Kenya. They may not really be related to BO but if he is claiming they are related then that should be good enough for Hawaii. Take a willing relative of BO, the law and a lawyer to Hawaii and demand the long form BC (legitimately the relative can say it's for family research, of course they would want to document their ties to BO, the first “black” American President). If they are denied then hold an immediate press conference, “Hawaii Engaged in Obama Cover-up” and file a complaint about the denial of a public record to a legitimate request.

How could they? The legislation allowing them to do so has not passed yet. That is why the legislation is being proposed.
