The second night of Jay Leno’s Tonight Show v 2.0 dominated late night again with a 4.6 household rating/12 share in early household metered markets data from 11:30p-12:30a to Letterman’s The Late Show 3.1 rating/ 8 share. ABC’s Nightline had a 3.0 rating / 7 share and Jimmy Kimmel Live trailed with a 1.7 rating / 5 share.
Adults 18-49 data:
* “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” (1.6 rating in adults 18-49) led the time period over CBS’s “Late Show with David Letterman” (1.0) and ABC’s “Nightline (0.9) in fast national “live plus same day” ratings from Nielsen Media Research. The “Tonight” margin over “Late Show” in fast-national adult 18-49 rating is 60 percent.
Fine by me.

I worked in the Anchorage office as a volunteer on the Palin campaign, I know a bit more about her than you most likely, and think your full of ****. Your commentary through-out the thread strikes me of that of a troll.

I don't disagree with ANY of Palin's stated political beliefs. But, she instills ABSOLUTELY no confidence in me that she can beat Barack Obama. She has yet to demonstrate that she can successfully navigate a hostile media interview. She has yet to speak with any clarity or specificity about issues, other than an occasional blurb on her Facebook page. And the worst part, she quit the only job that reasonably qualified her for the office to which she may aspire.
And yet, to her most fervent supporters, these aren't negatives, but positives - which is like something out of the "Twilight Zone" to me.
Ronald Reagan was a two-time governor of the most economically important state in the Union. He spent the better part of a dozen years traveling the country, speaking to groups at great length about his solutions to America's problems, and writing in a variety of publications, long and detailed essays about his vision for the shining city on the hill.
Palin shops a reality TV show and goes to the Oscar gift lounge. You'll excuse me if I don't find that behavior terribly Presidential.
