The regulation strategy is an utter failure. And why does she the courts have a greater say than Congress anyhow? Smells like a judicial supremacist to me.
Tell me exactly how are you going to get Roe v. Wade abolished?
Apply sufficient political force to replace every officer of government who won’t do their imperative sworn duty to protect unalienable rights with those who will.
Okay. That doesn’t look good. But it isn’t the “tape” you said you had. Do you have it in an electronic format so I can see it?
It’s not on the net yet, the volume didn’t come out too hot and needs massaged.
Okay. Please let me know. I appreciate you going to the trouble.
I like and admire him as a person and suspect he's the most conservative of the three. If we were electing a public speaker, a debater, a spokesperson, he's not our guy. But, if we're electing someone to represent the conservative viewpoint, he's the one for me.
However, there's a general election coming in November. Does Reed have what it takes to persuade swing voters to choose him over Loebsack? If the anti-Democrat sentiment in 2010 is like the anti-Bush sentiment in 2008, possibly. But, short of that, ... We know he doesn't debate or interview very well. So, how many votes hang on that, vs. 30-second media spots? I don't know. Are we willing to take that gamble?
Can Miller-Meeks beat Loebsack in a rematch of '08, when she lost 57%-39%? See the bit about sentiment above. But, 18 points is no small margin to overcome.
Therefore, I continue to lean Rathje. But, whoever wins the primary will have my full support. The nutty professor Pelosi puppet has got to go. We desperately need fewer Democrats representing Iowa in the House, not just for today, but especially as we face redistricting and losing another seat heading into the 2012 election.
For me, Miller-Meeks is unsupportable. Her position on abortion reeks.
If I find out Reed really is espousing a pro-choice for states position I’ll be looking at Rathje.
