As retired from an Army career, I would not fall on my sword as this LTC is literally doing by going for courtsmartial over the issue. I think the entire birth certificate non-release issue is a deception plan/red herring to cover up something else in BHO’s past.
A doctor told me that what he may be hiding is his legal race. Apparently at the time of his birth, a child of mixed race was designated to be the race of the mother, which would list him as white.

Do you mean to say that there are things we don’t know about our prez? Wouldn’t we want to know that the POTUS is NOT an Al-Qaida agent? (Remember his many mysterious trips to Pakistan earlier in his life?) Not knowing the true identity of the POTUS is comparable to a ship without a rudder. What direction is he taking us?
Shouldn’t the colonel and all those being deployed have the right to know especially when their lives are put on the line?

Obama is hiding a lot. Hell, I would expect a PFC to question the legality of his Company CO’s order(s) as it is the officer who gives the orders based on his commission/serving at the pleasure of the President.

I think the possibilities range from: (1) his birth certificate, a legitimate one, cites his religion as Muslim because BHO Sr stated as much on the long-form BC; or (2) his mother relinquished his natural-born citizenship for him when he was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather. This explains why some recall him attending Occidental College as an international student.
One of his law partners wrote a long law review article back in 2004, just after his election to the US Senate and discovery by George Soros, in which the “natural birth” req’t of the Constitution was decried as being worthy of change.
It’s the tiny bits of evidence that are sometimes most revealing.
Red herring is right ... the real issue: BO was fathered by a foreign national visiting the U.S. on a student visa. BO Sr. had no intention of becoming a U.S. citizen (not that it really mattered) and returned to Kenya after his studies were completed. Obama, no matter where he was born, doesn't qualify as natural born ... his father was a foreign national.
