Ordinarily this would put an issue to rest for many years.

But I’m sure that these whack-jobs are already working on another plan to try and foist this on the voters again real soon.

A lawsuit to overturn Prop. 8 also is pending before a federal trial judge.

A homosexual federal judge who has all but declared that he will do via fiat what cannot be done at the polls.

Oh, darn. I never saw anyone collecting signatures to place this on the ballot. I would have loved to have told them my opinion to their face.
