The US Census is using "community organizers" to count illegals in the Census. This means that a state harboring more illegal aliens can gain more House seats as long as the Census Bureau finds the illegal aliens and counts them. This also means that the illegal alien population resident in the United States during a census year has the potential to alter the regional and philosophical balance of power in Congress.

Here’s a story for you about ‘balkanization’, I think you’ll appreciate.

Ever heard of separation of church and state? I say there should be something called separation of ACORN and state. Just sayin’.
The list, ping
Unconstitutional on its face, IMO. The constitution calls for an enumeration of the citizens.
Wrong.
The Constitution requires the enumeration of "persons". Citizenship is not a factor.
The thing that frustrates me the most is the only way to stop this is elections or stopping the money flow. The one at some point may become impossible because of corruption. How do you starve the beast without ending up in jail or losing everything? I only know of a few minor things we can do but, not sure if it would be enough to help.
It's the ACORN way.
hmmm.
If they count them, and then they self-deport or get deported,
then those areas may get more ‘red’ and get that ‘extra’ representation/money. May end up with unintended consequences.
The Census Form I received did not ask if I was a CITIZEN of The United States.
The letters stated that it was important for me to be counted because it effected the number of REPRESENTATIVES from my state and the amount of MONEY coming back to my area.
The 2010 Census, more power for the wetbacks.
Will the Obamatron census clones also be counting the Islamic illegal alien sleepers?
Ping!
Mea Culpa. Sometimes my memory serves me badly - like now.
Thanks for the correction.

I don’t blame you for being suspicious of our chief thug-o-crat.
This has always bugged me about the census; the fact we count all individuals without verification of their legal right to be here. I believe there is an implied general understanding that the Constitution requires we count legal residents in the US by the very fact all other laws in the country are upheld and enforced.
The very fact that anyone in this country could defend the lawlessness exhibited by so many merely proves the insane are in charge. I have never been so livid in my life!
Section Two, Clause 3: Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons. (See Note 2) The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct. The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative; and until such enumeration shall be made, the State of New Hampshire shall be entitled to chuse three, Massachusetts eight, Rhode-Island and Providence Plantations one, Connecticut five, New-York six, New Jersey four, Pennsylvania eight, Delaware one, Maryland six, Virginia ten, North Carolina five, South Carolina five, and Georgia three.
Plus the 14th Amendment, Section 2, which affected who is counted:
Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.>
What is interesting here is that Indians weren't included, because they "weren't taxed". In other words, you can't get Federal $ back if you didn't contribute. Well, neither do illegals.
You know they could make up any number they choose...how could it ever be verified ?
That has occurred to me.
