Sometimes, You gotta tell it like it is.

Senator Mike Johanns United States Senate Washington, D.C.

May 22, 2010

Dear Senator Johanns:

If you think Americans will stand idle while our Republic is converted to a Marxist-fascist nightmare, and yet, in the midst of this gross perversion, the members of its Legislative power act as if they may continue business as usual, then, sir, you are living in a Potomac-induced fantasy land.

The once incremental push to socialism is now moving at light speed. Even a blind man senses the winds of change. However, I foresee "a day of horrors," when acts of extreme prejudice may be affected by my countrymen; and only because Americans will discover that when the attacks of a government against its citizens become sustained and ruinous, then that government is justifiably considered willfully malicious to the God-given rights of free men. Such a government is incorrigible and should be abolished.

The entirety of our federal government now demonstrates itself bent to shove a perversely belligerent doctrine down the throats of every American citizen, no matter the intensity of our protests. The idea of a national supreme government, superior to the Constitution, is wholly alien to that form ratified from the Convention of 1789. In fact, the Hamiltonian model was explicitly rejected. A thoughtful reading of the Convention Journal proves the point beyond doubt. We are a representative republic, designed with a federal government of limited powers, and not a national supreme oligarchy having carte blanche authority to so malign and molest the Constitution, as to affect whatever privilege the government may please. Apparently the greater portion of those holding elected office think otherwise; and no amount of peaceful persuasion has affected their decision process, even when such admonishment is advanced by a solid majority of this nation's citizenry. So then, I ask you, Senator, what alternatives exist but to forcefully end this perpetual abuse from a government drunk on illicit power and covetous of all things belonging to the States and the people thereof?

Senator Johanns, I think you and your fellows had best make a sorely needed self-examination of the path you have chosen, because this Congress is either oblivious or indifferent to the reality unfolding in the American heartland. Respect for your intelligence prevents me from seriously ascribing the former, but an understanding of human nature moves me to believe the latter. I find it incredulous that an American Congress could be so corrupt as to not demonstrate even a shadow of care for the intense anger that is fomenting against the central government. That caustic reaction is directed in particular towards those who occupy their elective office in casual abandon of the oath they swore to uphold. These potentates act as though the Constitution were subordinate to them, rather than the supreme law of the land which they are obliged to obey. Individuals whom hold the Constitution in such disdain, project that contempt against the American people; and, contrary of the sense of the Congress, most Americans are not witless sheep. I pray you to realize that a day of reckoning is fast approaching.

When a majority of the American citizenry perceives and appreciates that their country has dissolved before their eyes, then the vulgar lie of a paternalistic government will collapse like a house of cards, and that fantasy upon the Potomac you and your fellows dwell within shall crash down upon your heads like the sword of Damocles. God help the United States when the dam holding back America's rage finally bursts.

This was in response to a letter I received from U.S. Senator Mike Johanns (NE-R), regarding the financial regulatory legislation now being considered in the Congress. The Senator was rather non-nonchalant about the failure to stop this latest power grab by the Federal Government... I find his approach to critical issues much to laid back, considering what is at stake.

Very well said.
I hope millions more will follow your example, and tell congress that their time is up.

Unfortunately, a great portion of the American people have found that in return for their loyalty, they can elect someone who will find ways to get scraps from the trough to their constituents.

Maybe it is not spines they are lacking, but legs to take a stand, and stand firm on any issue.

Nonchalant. Sometimes. These are the words that sum up what is wrong with Republican leadership.

Many have told them.

They don’t care.

I pray you to realize that a day of reckoning is fast approaching.

You have done a magnificent job of putting the general feeling into specific and well-said words. My frustration level has been such that the above is about all I could manage to say to them.

~In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.~

Well Done. And now we will see the extent of their treasonous resolve. Will they be willing to fight and die for their elitist dictatorship?

A brilliantly written, and most eloquent statement of the current scene in America. I am very impressed with this communication to your Senator.

Let us hope that he reads it and takes a few moments to truly digest all of the very important ideas within it.

I’m not the first, and it looks as though I won’t be the last to humbly ask for your permission to send your letter to my Senators, with attribution attached.

We appear to be fast approaching a moment in time when something of a final warning will be delivered to the traitorous oligarchs now in control of our government. I hope like hell they heed it, because the communication following that one will probably contain a lot more action than words.

You may use, either by excerpt or entirety, my letter, with proper attribution to the author. I do ask that you make two minor corrections:

The third sentence of paragraph 4, reads:

“I find it incredulous that an American Congress could be so corrupt as to not demonstrate even a shadow of care for the intense anger that is fomenting against the central government.”

“Incredulous” is inappropriate here, as one can be incredulous, but only find a thing or action “incredible.”
Therefore, the correct verbiage is:

“I find it incredible that an American Congress could be so corrupt as to not demonstrate even a shadow of care for the intense anger that is fomenting against the central government.”

Second correction...

The first sentence of the last paragraph, reads:

“When a majority of the American citizenry perceives and appreciates that their country has dissolved before their eyes, then the vulgar lie of a paternalistic government will collapse like a house of cards, and that fantasy upon the Potomac you and your fellows dwell within shall crash down upon your heads like the sword of Damocles.”

Addition of two commas and the word “which” for clarity:

When a majority of the American citizenry perceives and appreciates that their country has dissolved before their eyes, then the vulgar lie of a paternalistic government will collapse like a house of cards, and that fantasy upon the Potomac, which you and your fellows dwell within, shall crash down upon your heads like the sword of Damocles.

“Will they be willing to fight and die for their elitist dictatorship?”

“They” will not, for reason that others shall be conscripted to serve in their stead; or else, we may expect to face a contingent of foreign mercenaries, such as Russian or Chinese, directed under the auspices of the United Nations.

The elites whom have poisoned the well, will never linger to drink the bitter dregs, for they are the epitome of cowardice. They will likely abandon the rotting corpse to its inevitable dissolution, while they make their escape to greener pastures of their choosing, most likely Europe, Mexico or South America.

However, and in the tradition of those who were the indefatigable pursuers of the Nazi war criminals, Americans too shall be no less dogged in their quest for justice.

YOu in your foresight have pointed out something very serious. The political elite would invite foreign mercenaries or governments to preserve their position against patriots. I had not thought about that much, but I do REALLY belive this to be true. They are bottomlessly treasonous in their ideology. America has faced this before with Swiss and German mercenaries during the Revolution. We ate them for breakfast.

I do believe you to be correct in this estimation. The truth of it illustrates how despicably foul our political elites have become. They need to be frog marched out of congress.ASAP.

This needs to be submitted to every congress critter, published in every newspaper, blog, and via email to every American.

And I will dare to say it, to 0bama himself and every one of his shadow government czars.

Include in this distribution all those daring to run for office in November.

This is a very well written and expressed letter of the level of frustration we hold for DC.

To whom does 0bama give indulgences? Who are his apparent foreign allies? He has snubbed England, he has snubbed Israel...who else has he chosen to alienate?

Who does he bring close...Mexico, etc. Who are the mercenaries and who are the allies of freedom?

These are frightening thoughts and frightening talk.

If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace.

We need to contiinue to explore this, IMHO. It might be Chavez and his army now being trained by Iranian Army elite forces.
