This has nothing to do with reducing the welfare rolls. It has to do with reducing the white vote 18 yrs from now. The minorities are encouraged to have large families/votes to promote the upcoming total socialistic society.

Keep in mind that the minorities most of you are thinking of fear God. They are less inclined to respond to it. But your secular educated native born American -- conservatives included -- pretty much consider any connection to the divine and posterity as passé if they even think of it at all.

Yeah, kind of like neutering the neighborhood dog, that populates the area. If it cuts down on unwanted pregnancies (and subsequent welfare moms) I am all for it.

I wish they had a similar program for women, there are quite a few "breeders" out there that should be stopped.

After a few kids, if you are a perpetual welfare mom, or a dad that has impregnated multiple women, I have no problem requesting sterilization (not forcing, but volunteering)
