Former USDA official Shirley Sherrod, who claims she was falsely smeared as a racist while she herself falsely smears Republicans and Fox News as racists, said this morning that she would like to see BigGovernment.com, the website that made her famous, shut down for the good of the country.
CNN's American Morning reported on Sherrod's demand:
She said if Breitbart's site were shut down, "That would be a great thing, because I don't see how that advances us in this country ... at a time when we should be trying to look at how we can make space for all of us in this country, so that we can all live and work together, he's doing more to divide us."
Sherrod also told CNN she is considering suing Andrew Breitbart, the owner of Big Government:
"I really think I should. You know, I don't know a lot about the legal profession, but that's one person I'd like to get back at. Because he came at me. You know, he didn't go after the NAACP. He came at me."
Yesterday, in an interview with the Democrat front group Media Matters, Sherrod smeared Fox News as wanting to take blacks back to the Jim Crow era:
... they would love to take us back to where we were many years ago. Back to where black people were looking down, not looking white folks in the face, not being able to compete for a job out there and not be a whole person."
In the same speech given in March to the NAACP that initially got Sherrod fired by the Obama administration, Sherrod smeared Republicans as racists for opposing Barack Obama's government takeover of healthcare:
"Some of the racism we thought was buried, didn't it surface? Now we endured eight years of the Bushes, and we didn't do the stuff these Republicans are doing because you have a black president."
Sherrod is being annointed as a saint by the media for her claim to have overcome her own racism. She is even being compared to Nelson Mandela. Yet to this day she speaks in starkly racist terms of "my people" and "his own kind" while flinging the race card as skillfully as Jesse Jackson at her perceived political opponents.
She also has revealed a leftist totalitarian streak. It's no wonder the communists from ANSWER and Code Pink were out supporting her yesterday:

Andrew needs to go on everywhere and just DARE this jerk to sue him. Name his source and let’s get to the bottom of this.
And stop making this woman out to be a victim. We heard her words. It was the racist reaction of the NAACP that should be the focus here, as Andrew said from the start.

Agreed....Conservatives have to start getting pushing back on this and now is a perfect time to fight. This is a golden opportunity for us to take away the most effective weapon the left has against us, race baiting.
Enough people are paying attention to this story now along with the unmasking of how dems use race as we weapon. It’s time to bury this ‘issue’ once and for all by throwing this blatant racism and attempt to project back on Fox/Breibart. Tie this into the Shabazz issue and hammer the message about clear and unashamed racism by the NAACP and other sycophants. It’s time to beat the left at their game and blunt their most effective weapon to use in November and 2012.

AB, on the other hand, will have good grounds to sue HER for slander/libel (except that “public” figures in the USA have to meet much more difficult standards to win a libel judgment in court of law
This isn't over yet. When the republicans retake congress there will be an investigation of Sherrod regarding her theft of taxpayer funds via the USDA settlement of bogus discrimination claims.
Just my guess, the woman still makes Racist statements and there might be more video out there. In the interim, let the woman go on all the shows she can. Seeing that she is new to the media spotlight (and if my guess is accurate), she is likely to make another offensive statement.
